they try their best to stop you from withdrawing your money

they try their best to stop you from withdrawing your money and their account managers work like robots and rude. They claim they cannot read pdf, they can only read jpg and their lack of technical knowledge and regulatory requirements is laughable. Thanks to my assigned account manager to know their lack of skills in communication. I wouldn't put any money into this platform. There are many other platforms better than this one, they are so dodgy

This company is a scam artist's…

This company is a scam artist's paradise. They string you along with false promises and bogus investment strategies. Every time I try to withdraw, I get silence or straight-up refusal. Now, Equity pathway llc? They've exceeded all my expectations. From day one, they've been on point an efficient. I feel confident knowing my investments are in good hands. My paydays have been consistent ever since. Don't waste your time with these fraudsters.

First time using XTB

First time using XTB, the offer of products like ETF, stocks, CDF is huge, many countries.
Must try and use the platform, to improve undestanding and find and see information easy; have a lot of info at XTB web page like training and like "on the job training".

The support is very good, the mobile app is active all the time. The commissions low XTB are good point.

I’ve been using XTB for sometime now…

I’ve been using XTB for sometime now specifically for educational videos, I was impressed by how sophisticated the platform is and how the news keeps me up to date with market data. I like how I have my own account manager who is super friendly and helpful especially when I first got into trading to help me get started.

It goes without saying that although XTB is a great company, they do have some hiccups with their platform but nothing out of the ordinary compared to some other brokers I’ve used but doesn’t really affect me unless you’re trading every minute of the trading session. If you’re placing trades daily or even a few times of the week you won’t run into much issues, as claimed on this review page. Overall happy with the platform.

I have been a user for a long time and…

I have been using XTB for a long time and am very satisfied as a primarily passive investor.

The support is adequate, the mobile app is constantly evolving, and the platform provides sufficient tools for investing.

The low commissions are commendable, though it's important to be mindful of the spread.

Overall, I prefer XTB over other platforms.

WHAT HAS REALLY GONE WRONG!

This platform use to be good but now it's turning to a different direction we are not familiar with. Everyone I know right now is switching to (Ab haṣh) I think it's the most consistent and paying company at the moment.

Xtb amazing investment app which offers wide range of trading instruments, for investors and traders. With a user friendly platform , educational content available for all levels and fantastic customer service. You can even gain interest on capital funds that are uninvested.

Amazing customer service and platform

Amazing customer service. Great execution and speed of orders. The mobile app is evolving all the time with some great additions. Especially the investment platform which is super handy allowing me to do reoccurring monthly payments into my investment plan.

For the last two weeks they are having…

For the last two weeks they are having a problem in their website when the US market opens as I’m still in the trade and it logs you out for no reason.
For anyone who trade US just go find better broker.

It gets worse every time.

While they were using the MT4 terminal everything was fine, now they have left only xStation, and it freezes on news and then does not work for half an hour, all losses during the time when their server and terminal are being freezes by broker are hung on clients. Broker takes quotes using liquidity provider (xopenhub), it double spreads and gives quotes to clients, earning 100% on spreads. Previously, spreads were lower, trading conditions were generally better, and swaps on indices and commodities were absent.

I've observed some troubling changes

I've observed some troubling changes, it appears they've lost their way. The website now takes excessively long to process my takeout requests. The last one I did has been pending for over three weeks now. Shame on you guys. Among all my dealings, only the offerings of"echelonis elitus"have proven dependable.

to improve is easy..

to improve is easy... BECOME HONEST

the help first click bring me on a Thai language only script...imagine how good it must feel whe under trading pressure, already mention few times...but I get the run around answers by the staff.
they run maintenance every week...but only to get better results on their advantage....what I complained previously is still appalling.
17.000 USD I did putin this firm....no satisfaction with the platform performance whatsoever.

hank you for your feedback. As your account was opened with our Thai branch due to your current location, our Chat messenger started writing in Thai first and when you wrote in English, we switched the language support to English.

We already investigated the discrepancy which you reported to us previously and responded to you. The reason why you are seeing the difference in the profit/loss on the chart and the "Open positions" tab is because the chart is showing the Gross Profit whereas the "Open positions" tab you have Net profit column enabled instead of the Gross Profit. Net profit is after swaps, rollover, commissions (if applicable). We would recommend you to enable more columns in the "Open positions" tab to have a clearer view of it to understand better.

Very good for a passive investor

I have been a user for a long time and am satisfied as a mainly passive investor. The support is alright, the mobile app is constantly evolving and the platform gives me sufficient tools to invest. The low commissions deserve praise, although you have to be aware of the spread.

Horrific service from their customer…

Horrific service from their customer support, the agent I spoke to ‘R’ cause apparently I’m not allowed to name and shame her, is honestly the worst customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to, she did not at any point want to try and sort out my withdrawal issue but instead repeating herself with generic messages. XTB withdrawals rules are if you withdraw before 1pm you receive your funds the same day. Not only did I request my withdrawal before 1pm, I got in touch the same day to find out where my funds were. I was advised to wait until the end of the day. The following days I was told different pieces of information, it changed to 2-3 days to 5 working days. Yet I requested my withdrawal before the allotted time. They sent my funds in three separate payments instead of altogether, bearing in mind it was less than £100. In total I waited a week for my own funds that they stated I would receive the same business day. I have since requested my account to be closed and my data deleted because this company is truly horrific. I’ve joined IC markets and already have had a better experience!

The platform is great

The platform is great, you can also receive a demo account for any trials first. It’s easier to use than Interactive Brokers. The main dashboard could have some favorites not just their favorites.
You also can participate to their webinars demos etc as part of their community.

There is NO DATA PROTECTION for clients…

I have been trying hard to FIND a RELIABLE BROKER AFTER BREXIT to trade and withdraw profits. But every time I do my due diligence for HOURS through online info, and I open account with that broker, there are always some DODGY BUSINESS TACTICS employed by these brokers to STEAL your money or your PERSONAL DATA.

In the case of XTB broker, there is NO DATA PROTECTION for clients. They DO NOT FOLLOW GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR LAW).

Their so called ACCOUNT MANAGERS assigned to clients all work together, to STEAL EITHER your account FUNDS through MANIPULATIVE PRACTICES and SELL your PERSONAL INFORMATION for their OWN PERSONAL FINANCIAL GAINS.

Within a few days of opening your account, you will get bombarded EVERYDAY, DAY and NIGHT whilst SLEEPING with THIRD PARTY EMAILS and CALLS from DIFFERENT NUMBERS from FOREIGN COUNTRIES, to invest in CRYPTO, STOCKS, STOCK ALERTS. It's very very FRUSTRATING...

I ASKED these callers who gave them my PERSONAL DETAILS and they say they are XTB ...AFFILIATES...NOT BASED IN U.K....

BEWARE!!!!
