HORRIBLE AND STUPID WASTE OF MONEY

HORRIBLE AND STUPID WASTE OF MONEY! X-rays were of my left hand, report came back saying I had like 3 fractures in my RIGHT hand. Actual interpretation was correctly of my left hand and showed bone spurs and arthritis. Don’t waste your money on this joke!

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money, I uploaded 2 images that told me there was a fracture and other concerns. Radiologist report came back as normal

Deeply disappointing

I had high hopes for this technology. Unfortunately, the report identified several issues in my X-ray. My radiologist’s report said the X-ray was clear. Given the magnitude of the discrepancies, I do not see the value in the service.

Incorrect report

I wish I’d been asked for better images. The images I supplied were screenshots rather than the full X-ray. It may have made the difference in the diagnosis.
