Very poor after-sale service
I bought a $800 TV from them on May 3rd. It shipped on May 5th with a delivery window (from the carrier) of May 12th. The delivery was delayed. No biggies - I understand that happens especially in these challenging times.
I have contacted Vanns 4 times since then twice my email and twice via the chatbot on their website. Last time I was told "Our representative will contact you within the next couple of minutes."
I have not received the simple courtesy of a response to any of my messages.
Would not recommend.
