We are very impressed with the excellent service over the phone for booking our trip with Liz from Trailfinders. Whilst being friendly, she helped to rearrange our requirement and tailored our booking patiently and effectively. Michelle was very thorough when we rang later to pay the deposit. It’s the first time we used this travel company and will definitely be happy using them again.

We went in to Trailfinders with a vague outline and budget for our holiday. Anna listened carefully to our wishes and was very knowledgeable about flights and destinations. My experience with Charlie , the Trailfinders travel agent today was simply a joy. Looking to book a flight to the USA was made effortless and swift with her help.
Friendly, polite, very patient and very understanding she was too.
If all the travel agents for Trailfinders are like this, then the company should be proud to have staff of this nature .

We have used Trailfinders numerous times over the years to plan our trips to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The Maldives.The staff, whether in the shop or on the phone, have been so helpful with suggestions and advice and have helped us tailor our trips to meet both our wishes and our budget. The current trip is more exotic and out of our comfort zone but they were able to guide us through every option available and created a package that met all our needs.

The service has been nothing but brilliant from my initial call to making my booking. I had multiple long conversations over the past 2 weeks, making lots of changes and adjustments to a big trip around the world. We’ve used T/finders for many years but only recently started doing cruises (as we get older!). This is our second cruise organised by Matt and his knowledge of the very complicated system and the experience and advice he brings to choosing flights, venues, hotels, transfers, tours etc etc is second to none. But he is also very good at listening to what we want from our holiday and open to other ideas and choices we suggested. He made it easy to make changes along the way and nothing was too much trouble.

Hannah helped us to plan the most wonderful family holiday to Canada.
When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled during take off, and chaos erupted at Gatwick, both Alex and Hannah helped us to rearrange flights, our camper van and hotels. They were both so calm and reassuring and made sure our holiday got back on track. I can’t recommend Trailfinders enough.

We booked quite last minute, but Siobhan helped us no problem, she asked the right questions to sus our needs, to came back to us with a fabulous tailored package, to Sri Lanka, it was the most magical experience, our driver was full of knowledge. Although we had some ideas of what we were looking for, Esme gave us some great suggestions and ideas. She sought out what WE wanted and worked with that - not just pigeonholing us into anything.
As things weren’t quite right she looked at a number of options for us- we are now really looking forward to our holiday that is more than we thought we wanted.

Trailfinders have been excellent, so reliable and the products are tops. They are our go to.
I do compare costs with competitors and independently but I’ve found they offer great products at the right prices. So much so we’ve used them recently for trips to Australia, Maldives, California and now, this week, an around the world trip via Hong Kong, Oz, NZ, Hawaii and LA. Hannah and Trailfinders found us a Business Class deal we never thought we could ever afford or experience. We would never have found that deal on our own.

Firstly, I was very impressed that when I rang Trailfinders, a human being answered the call immediately! No tedious menu system or irritating warning messages.
Laura C, who dealt with our requirements was efficient. patient, amiable and responsive to our preferences. The whole package was completed with the minimum of fuss.

We saw Jeremy Clay to help book a trip to Vancouver and V. island around an Independently booked Alaskan cruise. He couldn’t find 2-bed self catering on V. island and so he suggested the Sunshine Coast an hour north of Vancouver ( which we had never heard of), accessible only by ferry. Our stay at the Painted Boat Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. When we walked into our huge balcony it was a real wow overlooking Pender Harbour! The Sunshine Coast is less visited by Europeans it seems (according to locals) and lucky us! It is stunning and a delight to hear the odd whir of a boat or birds rather than background vehicles! Everything he booked from the flights, ferrirs, the car and the Alaskan Railroad trip from Seward to Anchorage worked out. Thank you Jeremy and everyone at Trailfinders. We look forward to using you again for our next adventure!
