The software is relatively simple to use, and I'm blown away by the results of scaling low-res images up 3 to 5 times larger. There is so much accurate detail in the larger image that were not visible in the smaller, original image(s). It is really amazing how far Topaz has developed this technology over the past few years!

Topaz Photo AI is a game changer. It improves even your best photos and can salvage some photos from nothing. It is not perfect but the recent improvements, especially with the real time masking are much better. There is still a bit of a glitch with its interaction with Lightroom Classic and this can be frustrating but overall I use it all the time. It is fast and efficient.

I use Topaz products for fixing & colorizing pics for my Ancestry addiction. Every once in a while I get an email from a member of the family I'm researching saying that the end product I post is the best they've ever seen of their loved one(s). It's all boils down to using the proper tools for the job!

Product was easy to purchase and install.
I was disappointed in the lack of FTUE (first time user experience) and tutorials after purchase.
Like most AI snd machine learning driven tools, the results are slightly exaggerated.
While I was able to improve the quality of my video about 30% to 50%, the marketing clips of course show 100% improvement for their specific situation.
Unfortunately my situations didn't see this kind of quality. So for $300 it's a hard pill to swallow. Took a ton of trial and error waiting for all the various algorithms and neural nets to render things to compare processing and results only to see marginal improvements or bad renders where the AI failed.

I was hesitant at first, even after reading the reviews, but once I conducted my own stabilization and upscaling test, I was blown away by the final product. It's always great to get it right the first time, but every filmmaker knows, problems arise and mistakes can happen. Worth the price!

Very impressed with the help from support and the product. It works well in Windows 11 for me with Invidia 4060 GPU, and so far, my first YouTube video, which was 15 minutes done in HD, 30 frames per minute, was upscaled to 4K and 60 frames per second when uploaded to Youtube it was decent quality. Without it, it would just not have been good enough.

Topaz is now my numero uno photo lab program. No more photoshop subscriptions. Getting great results with photo restoration. Noise reduction still not quite right when it comes to scanned photos. It seems to not be able to distinguish digital noise and photo grain emulsion. Could be a problem with my scanner (Epson V500). Still very satisfied with the product and the companies continuing to up grade and improve.

I use Topaz Photo AI in all my captures to reduce noise and my customers are very happy with the photo results. At each event I capture 2000 to 3000 photos of solo dances on stage and using Topaz products helps me achieve this

I am amateur photographer and have been working with Topaz for a number of years now. It is brilliant software and I love all the features of sharpening, resizing, and denoise. The "Denoise" has to be the best program in the marketplace. The pricing is well within most people's budge and the ease of downloading and, setting up is painless. Topaz is a must have for all professional and amateur photographers.

Many options available to fine tune images. Workflow is very accessible and it's awesome to be able to save settings.
It's a bit unclear how changing sharpening numbers will ensure the image to be improved.

The speed for upscaling images larger than 3mb JPGs is very slow. Even when the latest version states it is faster than before I have found no noticeable difference. So I have spent money for nothing.

After reading the reply from Topaz - I stand by my experience. There is no notable difference in speed, which was one of the points the upgrade was supposed to help with. This should be regardless of system. Logic dictates if I upgrade to a faster computer then the time will be less, whereas your reply does not address the point that the software should be faster as identified in the upgrade notes.

OVER-hyped software that doesn't work well with certain images that it wasn't trained on. For example, photos of military jets in flight or over terrain. The owners of Topaz are spending a lot more money OVER-hyping this unsatisfactory software than on building an AI model that actually works. Get your money back.

All of our apps have a variety of models trained for different use cases. You may not have found the best adjustments for your use yet.
I also want to note that all of the examples you see in our advertisements are real photos or videos that have been enhanced by our apps.

I love all the features of sharpening, resizing, and denoise, Topaz Labs is the unchallenged leader in the field.. However, that said as far as color, and light AI is a bust so far, especially when it comes to nightscapes, or fine art landscapes. No longer using these functions. I trust my own eyesight calibration over AI, since photography is all about the light, and light and color are one package.

I was highly skeptical about Photoshop plugins until a friend sent me a slightly out of focus cell phone photo, (probably as a result of camera shake). On a whim I tried the online opportunity to try it out. The results were so good that I immediately ordered a copy. That same day I applied to abyssmal photos of bats in caves. The photos, shot at 25,600 iso were a grainy dark mess. To my total amazement Topaz turned them into passable photos. Unbelievable.

The one piece of software that I use daily and I'm happy to pay a subscription fee for is Topaz Gigapixel.
There are good competitors now, but this is still the gold standard and their team is continually chasing improvements. Once you have it dialed in for your workflow, it just works.
I have also used Sharpen, Topaz Photo AI and the video tool... they are all great, I just don't use them enough to justify a subscription for updates.
This is very good software and they are nice, friendly people.

My Topaz denoise stopped working after a few years of use. I emailed the team and they responded immediately with an upgrade to photo AI. Amazing customer care.
