Phigora and its agents did a great job on the transaction. The watch I purchased was exactly as advertised and arrived clean and in perfect shape.

The first Cartier watch I purchased was too small for my wife's wrist and they were able to locate an identical model that was larger and work with me to get the old one back and send out the new one; no questions asked. It was a very seamless process. I would highly recommend using this company.

Can highly recommend them. They held my watch for a few days after the first credit card payment failed. No extra charges for Amex payment. Very good customer service, highly responsive and helpful. They changed the leather strap for free and the watch, albeit second hand, is in excellent condition. They have watchmakers in-house and do a great job making a pre-loved watch look like new.
