We went with KeyTours after reading how good their reviews on Trustpilot were compared to some of the reviews of a different online agency with whom we had started planning. We sure are glad we went with KeyTours. Our agent was very responsive to our wishes, he was very helpful with planning and ideas. But most importantly, the trip was wonderful. KeyTours can't fix airline delays, but it was wonderful to see our driver holding up a sign for us even when we landed 3 or 4 hours late. Our hotel rooms were exactly as we dreamed (no disappointments when we booked in). Our agent booked us a couple of local tours and the guides we had were very informative, very well trained, and made our museum and other efforts to understand local culture much more worthwhile. We even had KeyTours step up for us and got us a small refund when United Airlines cancelled our Sunday afternoon flight leaving us stranded in NJ. (oh, the horror!).

It has been wonderful working with both Brooke H & Tuba on multiple Europe trips for my clients. I work with several suppliers and representatives and Brooke H is by far one of the most responsive, thoughtful and caring individuals I’ve worked with. She not only aims to tailor a trip to the needs of the customers but she will work with me to meet certain criteria needed for a trip. When edits are needed to finalize an itinerary, she does these efficiently so we can deposit and secure the trip components quickly. Brooke is a great resource and an asset to Keytours.

My experience with Osman and Keytours over the past couple years has been amazing. I am quick to receive client itineraries and quotes. Any adjustments are done expeditiously or with alternate suggestions benefiting my clients. Recently we had to deal with clients in destination with rail disruptions due to strikes beyond our control. Andreas planned an amazing trip through Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. We had 4 flights, 5 individual tours (tour guides), 2 group tours and 12 trips between airports and destinations that all went flawlessly. The trip exceeded our expectations by 1000%. Tuba at Keytours did an awesome job with hotel selection and then on 28Aug23 the UK air traffic system went down and she scrambled at the last minute to help us determine what we could do for the clients.

I am a travel agent and so depend greatly on the cooperation of tour operators in my business. Esin of Keytours Vacations did an amazing job lining up excellent quality day tours on our trip to Paris, Normandy, London and Bradford, UK. She helped my sisters and I give our 86 year old mother her dream vacation of seeing so many wonderful sites in our two weeks we were over there. Can't thank her enough for all the work she put into planning and coordinating everything. We had a last minute tour cancellation which she handled with ease and got us another tour guide to see the most coveted Mont St. Michel. I highly recommend using her when you are looking to travel abroad.
