I ordered an IPhone 14 plus and it came…

I ordered an IPhone 14 plus and it came in looking brand new! I was so impressed I ordered an IPhone for my wife. Gazelle made sure that I was satisfied and I am! If you are looking to buy a phone I suggest that you buy a refurbished one from Gazelle because their phones look like you would expect a new one without paying a new phones price.

Not worth it

Initially the service was good, I received my device within a few days of ordering and it was in good condition. Upon turning on the device I realized they had sent me a locked one (I ordered unlocked). Upon contacting support they couldn't exchange it and had me complete a full return of the device which is adding up to almost a week and a half since ordering. Afterwards they wanted me to reorder the device at full price (I had bought it on sale) and offered me a $5 discount (really??). Before I could reach out to support the device then went out of stock essentially meaning I had to go find it somewhere else. Wasn't a pleasant experience and customer service wasn't the best at all.

Second purchase, total of 3 iPhones.

This is the second time purchasing from Gazelle. The process is easy and the phone arrived in a week (USPS). I had to return the last purchase only because the phone was smaller than we realized. Returns are easy. I just shipped these 2 phones back and waiting for the refund before placing a new order. I also bought one for my Dad and it was just like new. Great deal and great service!

Five Stars! Fast service, Excellent condition.

Fast shipping and better than advertised condition. I purchased a "good" condition product, but it is really excellent. There are no marks whatsoever. I also liked the $20 off code for new customers.

The shipping

The shipping, though warned, was slower, and I know it’s not Gazelles fault, maybe make it default shipping through a faster service?

Quality exceeded my expectations

I ordered a Pixel 6 in excellent condition. I was expecting maybe a scratch or 2 on the glass or phone body but the device I received looked FLAWLESS! I was really surprised at how the device looked brand new. Setup and activation was very easy (my previous device was a Pixel 3 and I already had a Verizon sim). I'm very pleased with my purchase. The only negative is that the device took longer than expected to arrive. If you are replacing and existing device that is still functional, this isn't a big deal but if your existing device is dead, you might want to pay for expedited shipping.

You can't trust Gazelle to send you the phone you ordered

I purchased a phone for the carrier Verizon. I had to return it because it was for another carrier. I purchased another phone which was supposed to be unlocked. The phone was locked for Xfinity. I am now having to return ANOTHER phone. I will give anyone grace for one mistake but to have the same thing happen again is just incompetence.

Sloppy Shipping Practices

The battery in the iPad was completely dead on arrival. And the iPad was not well packaged for shipping. It rattled around in the box.

The unit is in excellent condition as advertised.

3rd phone I’ve ordered

I’ve ordered 3 different times and honestly I have had ZERO regret. I love that I can upgrade and get a newer phone that is in really good condition. If I’ve ever had any issues, they get resolved quickly. I recently upgraded from an iphone11 and purchased an iPhone 12 max pro. I did come across some glitchy screen activity but with the 30 day guarantee, it’s a quick fix. Instead of replacing it with another 12 max pro I had decided to just go for the 15. Honestly the phone looks brand new and I LOVE IT. The tech is a huge difference and camera quality is unmatched.

Good overall experience

I had a good experience with gazelle. No issues with receiving the phone. Phone was as advertised, excellent condition. Making it easier to find the exact phone you need, storage, color, type etc...could be improved from a strictly web page layout/interface perspective, but that's just nit picking honestly, it wasn't that difficult but just a little tedious. Overall easy and great experience. Would recommend to anyone needing a phone, unlocked especially. Its hard to find a reliable service for unlocked phones.

Fine, but..

Everything was fine and the phone (S24 Ultra) came as described. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the fact that the pen was not the same pen that comes with the phone and it didn't work/connect with the phone. I ended up purchasing a different pen and it connected just fine.
For the money spent, it would have been nice to have EVERYTHING in working order.

No information came with the phone

No information came with the phone. It arrived I. A box inside a bubble wrap envelope no other information. As this was a purchase for an 87 year old it would have been nice to provide them the details of what they were receiving. Additionally on a phone purchase where the memory slot has to be opened, adding a tool to do it with would have been nice.

Awful experience.

The phone arrived 13 days after shipping and said it would take 5-7 days. In addition, it did not give me an update on the new arrival date, so I had no idea when it would arrive. When it FINALLY arrived, I took it to my carrier to activate it, but I could not even activate it because it was registered as a phone that was LOST/STOLEN! I waited so long for this phone to arrive to find out I couldn't even use it and had to return it back to Gazelle because they couldn't fix the issue over the phone. So must time lost over an unnecessarily long hassle. I've bought a phone from Gazelle before, and it was great, but this experience was just not OK. Ended up buying a phone off of eBay.
