I love FragranceNet. Absolutely legit site. They aren't always the lowest priced, but their shipping times are good and sometimes their selection of scents beats all the competitors. They also sell official branded samples that you can't really find anywhere else.

Fragrance. Net is one of the easiest places to shop for perfume...there always a sale going...I love the free shipping. They have such a wide selection of perfume, makeup and skincare... the shipping is super fast... very detailed updates on my order when purchasing..I love the fact that I have so many options on travel sizes on up to large testers and the fact that they partnered up with afterpay is a plus... my items are always shipped with extra padding and paper. I've never experienced a delay or damage.

What's wrong this time FragranceNet asks?
I've been unsubscribing from this store for more than a month. Right after finding that fully one half of my order was "out of stock" AFTER it was shipped.
DON'T initiate contact unless you want ad emails from them 4+ times week and this week 3+ ads a day.
FRAGRANCENET WILL NOT UNSUBSCRIBE YOU!

Order shipped on time but one item was missing. I called and within 24 hours they reshipped and I got it quickly. Their service was quick and exceeded my expectations since being a new customer was not sure how they would respond.

*Must Read ** I have been placing orders from this company for around 5 years. What I find to be 100% accurate is you cannot count I’m getting a fresh fragrance. Not saying they’re fake. I’m just saying that all fragrances have a strong alcohol base. This means they have an expiration date the return policy which companies terrible. You don’t get any type of compensation no matter how much you’ve done with them for your inconvenience for example, I ordered a fragrance way it should’ve arrived. I was already on vacation, I highly suggest going to your local department stores. There’s a reason why you can get a fragrance on this site for 50% off of what the department store will sell it for and it’s not their answer the answer is it’s been sitting too long and lost it’s potency!!!

The 35% off made my purchase a no brainer! I always get a brand new, unopened & fresh bottle of my favorite perfume! I have bought some off of third parties and they were always older bottles (even though sealed) that did not smell the same. So...no more third parties.
I have been buying from Fragrance.net for several years now, and their prices are the lowest of other websites & shipping is fast! Usually at my door in 2-3 days!
I have always had a good experience with this site & they listened when people asked for lower prices!
I will continue to buy my favorite perfumes from them.

I ordered a tester of Sarah Jessica Parker Stash and what I received was a used bottle. I reached out to their customer support and no apologies or care. They said will send me a return label to send back. Why would they not disclose it is a used bottle? Not right. And then a generic reply back. Not good customer service where I have bought many fragrances from them over the years.

Quick and easy process and product arrives quickly. Only thing I don't like is every time I choose not to receive marketing emails, etc. and I still receive them. So why ask me if your still going to automatically sign me up anyways!?! I would change that because it is annoying.

My last order 316645081 was delivered but due to bad wrapping & Handling my bottle of perfume was broken glass . Perfume was all over others (6 other bottles . Gift ) .
I took picture . Sent an email 4 months ago .
No answer or reply . That’s poor after sales customer support.
This is amazing . After posting my sincere feedback on Trustpilot . I was contacted .
Company’s Phone number was not in my contact . It goes straight to voice message.

Pricing is typically better than similar sites. My 25 item order was correct. Delivery was about 9 business days. I’d prefer a faster turnaround.

After almost 3 weeks never received my order and the tracking was never updated, just says shipped...I emails them and they said it has been shipped and please allow 2 more days otherwise contact us back. Off course it did not arrive and when I question them again they replied "your refund has been issued as requested"..... I have never requested any refund, and after almost a month waiting for my order a refund is all I got. Beyond frustrating, I guess the items I ordered where never available, please DO NOT USE this website.

Great customer service!! When my package of 2 bottles of fragrance arrived the box had been opened and one stolen. I called customer service which immediately sent me a replacement at no additional charge. What a relief! Thank you for your kind service!!

I order a Bond no 9 fragrance and the order should have been shipped out express.. when I didnt receive it timely (1-2 business days) I call CS and they needed me to email the invoice..and once they received it, I was given an additional percentage off..without me even asking. I will order again
