Its been some times since I was thinking to order some hard drive so I checked internet offers.
From what I found my eyes just kept looking on site called drivesolutions which is well done and I picked what I wanted and made order. As living in the middle of the EU it took some time to get it but I had handy email communication about shipping so everything went smooth and package arrived allright. Wanna thanks for this experiences and easily giving rating five stars from five. PS: English isnt my native language so there can be some typos.

Great price, very detailed information about the HDD and what was compatible with my PC. HDD was packed very carefully, arrived in a short time and both box and contents arrived undamaged. Commend both Drive Solutions and the USPS for an all around positive experience.

Easy to determine what hard drive would match my ten year old Dell desktop. Dell itself initially let me order one directly but eventually conceded they no longer had it. So this was a great find. Excellent price and on time delivery in well packed box.

Review update:
DriveSolutions graciously "reached out to me" and explained their new Website safety updates and were apologetic for my troubles trying to signing on.
Now what I know what to look for, during sign-on, I have and will continue to order from them, after all their security updates protect their customers also.

Absolutely the worst ability to sign-in again!
After 20 minutes and two new passwords I gave up and just made a new eMail name and used my same name and the same shipping address.

SSDs were compatible as advertised. However, a ROG Strix 17 GL703GE will not just simply boot up after a data transfer/cloned image into a new Gen 4 Samsung 980. Recommend taking in to a PC Shop if upgrading/replacing a C: drive even though ROG Strix are marketed as user upgradable.

Called and got great customer service. This is the first time I have replaced a HD with an SSD and OMG it was so simple to do using the Samsung Magician software. I benchmarked my regular tasks before and after and I am not exaggerating, the performance on the win10 laptop at least quadrupled.

I had no problem contacting the folks at Drive Solutions with some hard drive application questions. The tech people there are extremely knowledgeable. Prices are very fair as well. Another nice thing, they didn’t push to upsell me, they simply explained my choices. They sold me exactly what I wanted. That made me more prone to make a purchase from them, which I did.
Being a business owner of well over 30 years, I can say, especially these days, it’s hard to find companies like this…… I will definitely use them again!

The hard drive on a 17-year-old Dell Optiplex 745 failed and I needed to replace it. DriveSolutions gave a list of compatible drives, from which I selected one of the cheapest, not needing much storage capacity. The drive was delivered two days later. I installed it, installed a new operating system, and everything worked just fine. Totally satisfied with this purchase.

Great advice and service. Called for advice and the owner, Gregory answered the phone himself. I wanted to upgrade my Dell Latitude 5380. Dell support said my laptop could not be upgraded to a 1TB drive. Gregory went through his offerings and patiently explained all my options and differences in the system. I purchased the suggested hard drive and in under an hour cloned and upgraded my laptop with zero issues. Great service. Gregory even gave me his direct extension should I have any issues. Fast shipping also.

The owner was very nice, knowledgeable and very patient with my non technical knowledge. He spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and as it turns out - made very good suggestions regarding a solid state drive to upgrade my old laptop. I've since had it installed locally and the tech company that did said it was a very good SSD and a step up what they would have installed.

The Drive Solutions website offered clean and multi-choice upgrades to the SSD on my HP Laptop 15. Although, easy to use, I'm not up on the latest technology. As such it is great to be able to chat with an expert, such as Gregory. He is extremely knowledgeable, not only on the general technology choices, but has great detail on the various manufacturers and their capabilities. He was able to guide me to the proper SSD for my laptop. His suggestion an M.2 Internal Memory, a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB PCIE NVME. It's running great. I really appreciate the support given to me by Gregory and Drive Solutions.
