This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I decided to look into the used market. You know let someone else take the first hit on depreciation. After a lot of looking, reading, research I settled on this watch and seller based on his reviews and reputation. He was fair in the pricing and negotiation regarding final price. The watch came exactly as described and in the exact condition that it was rated. I had zero concerns about the watches authenticity. He communicated well throughout the process. I really appreciated that I needed to go to a FedEx location (of my choosing) to pick up the watch and open it right there. This really helps protect both you as the buyer and them as the seller. The next time I'm looking to add to my watch collection I will be checking this dealer's inventory first.

This is Fine. Everything went well until the customs experience. DHL was switching their systems and my package and my customs forms were not being associated. I spent almost a week to try and resolve this and at one point the package was going to be returned. It would have been nice if there was some sort of support from Chrono24 to ensure the delivery was hassle free.

I tried to initiate contact with a seller in Italy, and asked him if he would tell me what was an "offer" he would accept. I thought this would be a good way to approach, he sent back a confusing number as the price was listed in dollars NOT euros, his offer back seemed virtually the same. I tried to get someone from chrono to help , they were blasé ,completely disinterested and as it was Friday there was no one to help me ameliorate this. And by mon, he had sold it , the representative could not have been less interested

Generally don’t write too many reviews, but Chrono24 were superb. I used the site to purchase a watch. I was extremely anxious about spending so much via an app. I spent mths researching the model watch I’d wanted. I found it on Chrono24. It was easy to communicate with the watch dealer and when I did go ahead the money is not transferred until the watch is received, it’s very secure and it saved me £1,100 on the high street cost. Am thrilled with my purchase and the service, completely recommend.
