They charged me for shipping and handling almost as much as for the checks themselves and they didn't even show it when I put my credit card in---only after I paid!

I was happy when my Carousel check order arrived.... until I realized I had neglected to fill in the address and phone section for them. Upon calling the company, the helpful customer service person reordered the checks, this time made out correctly. The only expense was for shipping the 4 boxes. I happily give this company 5 stars!

Carousel Checks are a family owned local business.
I believe in supporting small business - especially family owned. The staff is courteous and efficient. You are able to pick up your orders at their facility. This is a huge plus for me when ordering personal checks. I have used them numerous times. The quality of their products are excellent.

There is no other check making source I feel comfortable with. So for me there are no others. The options, the pricing, arrives on time. I love being able to personalize aspects of my life and this is one subtle way of doing that. Thank you Carousel for continuing to be around and doing things right.

Affordable checks, delivered quickly.
Order arrived as expected. I haven't even owned any checks in a while since everything is so electronic now, but I had something that it would be convenient for so decided to order some. I know I have more than I'll ever use now, but it's nice to have them on hand for the times when they come in handy.

The checks look good, with all information correct. The checks feel substantial, not thin like some companies. Only complaint I have is that it took awhile to get here with standard delivery. However, I'd recommend them for the good quality.

I called as I needed assistance and the operator was very nice, helpful and I could understand her perfectly. Nice to see that a native English speaker answered the call. It can be frustrating when you call a company and the operator and I can't understand each other. Thank you for that.

Original shipment came quickly but apparently I put in the wrong account # when I ordered my checks online. Customer service was awesome! I only had to pay for a small shipping fee and I got the reprinted checks in about 4 days.

Ordering checks from your carouselchecks.com was really very easy to do. I selected the checks I liked and then put in all my information that I wanted to appear on my new checks and I was done! When I received the checks I was very pleased in the way they looked, very clean cut and professional. When I run out, I will surely re-order my new checks again at carouselchecks.com.

If I am honest with you, I have to say that I cannot answer your question honestly since I never got to use even one check. I was scammed and had to close my account and had to create a new account. This, I will have to discard the Carousel checks that I purchased.

My order came earlier than expected. The address was spelled wrong on the labels and checks but not on the mailing label! They reprinted and sent them out really quickly.

Absolute disgrace of a company wells Fargo’s pony express would do better. I have tried twice now to by oil from these clowns only to have to ask for a refund never again. Do yourself a favour don’t let them waste your time like they did mine. Go elsewhere and AVOID at all costs
