They charge your card more than it was supposed to

They advertise low price, but when you go to online payment, after avoiding all the agressive attempts for charging additional services (they come pre-checked and you need to uncheck everyone of it), I still ended up charged for 20€ more!!! And on top of all, there is no invoice to see what I have paid for - it says 'The invoice will be prepared in minimum 5 days' ?!?! There should be law against this - oh wait, there is...

Blank boarding pass

I bought a flight with them from Berlin to Antalya and I paid for the check-in to avoid paying 50 euro at the airport. On the day of the flight I got an e-mail with a blank page.
In order to contact their support you really have to work hard and overcome hurdles such as an extremely useless chat bot that makes you enter your data again and again.
After I was able to contact a person they told me that they can see my blank page and will give me a refund. I don't know if I will actually get it, because the support is not very responsive. If you want to make sure everything goes smoothly, DON'T use bravo.fly

Worst company ever!!!

Worst company ever. First they charged more for the flight than there were supposed to and when you want to rebook your flight they charge a fee of 1000+ CHF. That is scam and illegal!
Never again!

Fraud and Scam Scam agency

They took advantage of my situation where I had to change my route to another city and charged me double the price which I accepted the day before. 

I contacted their customer service and told them my situation and asked for a change of flight. Then, for that reason I had to accept a fee for change of flight and I did. I got an email for a price of 5.499 NOK which I accepted. I waited for the confirmation but it wasn't sent the same day.

Day after I got a call from a lady at Bravofly and she told me that the price went up to 10.157 NOK which I didn't accept and told her that this is fraud. I didn't accept that kind of scam because I already accepted yesterday for another price. 

That is how they took advantage of the situation I had and made me pay for that otherwise I would have had to cancel all my whole trip (Hotel reservation ..etc).

Be aware and stay away from this scam travel agency.

Scam, do NOT trust

Do not trust this company. I lost quite a lot of money in attempting to change my flight times. The customer service is appalling. They send you round and round in circles. I even signed up to an online Support group where hundreds of people have shared their stories relating to this company some of which are quite heartbreaking.

Beware of scam!

Beware of scam!
you pay extra to buy flexible tickets and they trick you into believing you can change them but they end up being non-refundable.
Customer service is the worst, not only the are not helpful but they give misleading information.
I have kept a transcript of every chat I've had with them to prove it.
I would definitely sue this company if I had the time and resources.

I have used Bravofly for over 5 flights…

I have used Bravofly for over 5 flights now and I have never encountered any issues. Most of the time they offer the cheapest prices. I had to contact their support only once, and they responded the very next day via a phone call.

Misled on luggage allowance per ticket

Bravofly informed me that my Wizz Air ticket allows "No luggage" (only personal hand luggage allowed) and I would have to pay around 60 GBP to get priority. Wizz air then told me my ticket was already a priority one and I could have carried a whole extra luggage with me and had priority privileges.

Completely incompetent.

Completely incompetent.

Emails sent to you with an incorrect "reply" address
and the need help link on their website is circular
and goes back to the same page.

Live chat simply returns complete b0ll0cks
and there is nowhere on their site you can find
a contact email address.

I booked a flight with Bravofly on…

I booked a flight with Bravofly on 3/7/2024. It was 2days ago, my booking is still under processing and not confirmed, but my credit card was already charged full payment on the day I did the booking. There is no customer service that I can chat to or email to follow up (I am not staying in Europe). The robot chat box is not helping at all, and there is only one IDD call number provided which is too expensive for me to make the call from Asia.
Somebody from Bravofly please help me look into this! When can you issue my e-ticket?

I would not use bravofly ever again

I would not use bravofly ever again. I booked a flight with transportation from the airport to the hotel. Then cancelled it the same or next day because of changes & I have not gotten my refund back for the transportation part— it has been over a year at this point since I cancelled it. It was in May 2023 that I purchased & cancelled my reservations due to family emergencies. Extremely unreliable & horrible communication.

Flight Change, Last Minute

Maiking the change request was simple and easy however getting confirmation or speaking with someone is almost impossible. I change my flight with a very short turn around and I am at a panic thinking I am going to have to go to the airport and hope for the best. I have to be in the Singapore office early Morning on Thursday. Just wish there was an agent to speak with and confirm and handle the flight change all in one call.

Pathetic customer service if you’re payment is stuck or they charged you extra, forget your money, no one gonna help you.

A successful journey with Bravofly

booked via skyscanner and the payment process was smooth, I also opted for the extra package which covered me for flight changes etc and I paid via a credit card. I had some troubles checking in online and so I checked the reviews and got a little worried as people have mentioned about scams and I thought maybe the good reviews were fake, I did see one that gave me confidence and I knew that I paid with a credit card so I believed it to be possible to get my money back if necessary. However I went directly to the airline and used the details provided to me from Bravofly and was able to successfully check in, this gave me trust that it would work out and it did, I flew without any problems and grateful it all went so smoothly! It would be nice if you could directly check in with Bravofly. Thank you ❤
