Great Customer Service :D

Recently ordered two products from Aelfric Eden and Brian emailed me that one product is out of stock and told me that I'm welcome to select an alternative item as a replacement~ they also refunded me for the price difference! Overall, the customer service is really nice and I'm thankful that Brian reached out to me right away about my purchase. 10/10, will definitely buy more products from this shop! 🥰

Top Tier Customer Service

I haven't received my order yet, but wanted to go ahead and give 5 stars just for the immediate response and help from customer service. I purchased a pair of jeans for my son, not realizing he had already ordered the exact same pair, and they were able to issue my refund within 30 minutes of my request. Based off of this alone, I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although I have not received my product yet, customer service gets 5/5!! I placed an order today of the wrong color, emailed the company to modify my order, and they were able to do it within the same day! Can’t wait to revive my item!

Updating my address & quick responses

I was already wondering what took so long to send a t-shirt since I knew they usually are really quick preparing the order for shipment. Turned out I did a mistake with the address. Brian texted me to make sure they send it to the right address. I would‘ve probably freaked out if it didn’t arrive at my place. I send him the right address and he responded within 3min! That was so quick!

My mistake thinking you would get two from the flash side the ones they sent were absolutely horrible and no one in my house would be seen dead in them

I recently purchased a sweater from this company. After the purchase, I realized the color was incorrect. I sent a message to modify my order and immediately got a response that everything was updated from Brian. Great customer service

Scam

Only buy if you know you will keep everything, you will never see any of your money back!

I returned some pants 3 months ago, never saw anything again, support is always just telling “we will dedicate this to our team”

VERY HAPPY!

I accidently messed up address on order. I then sent an email out asking if I could change my shipping address before my item got shipped. they replied within a day and changed my address to the right one. great customer service :)

10/10 would shop again

Accidentally ordered the wrong size but immediately contacted support and they were able to change my order within 24 hours and also offered me a refund if I wanted to do that instead. Overall had a great experience with the site and the customer support and would definitely shop here again!

I ordered a shirt but I had put on the wrong address. I contacted them and they answered in less than an hour! they immediately helped me and changed my shipping address. Overall amazing clothes and amazing help!

GREAT customer service!!

GREAT customer service, asked for a size change on email and not even 3 minutes after, they quickly replied and modified my order to my liking. Overall GREAT customer service. Definitely will be ordering again.

Best quality for YK2 fashion!

The only brand that I could find amazing YK2 fashion that was good quality! Had a small issue with the fit of a hoodie I bought however they were able to accommodate! 10/10 for customer service!

Great customer service

Brian was great! I had a problem with my local courier and couldn’t get my package for months. He helped me throughout the whole process and sent me another package. I appreciated how fast he replied and came up with solutions. Thank you for a great customer service.

Customer service

I ordered 3 shirts that were all supposed to be Medium I mistakenly had one set as XS and only realized when when they sent me a email saying my order is on the way so I emailed them and I got an email back in less then 20min saying they fixed my order.

Fast replies, trustworthy exchange/return process

Their customer service team replied so fast! I was emailing them in the hope of an exchange in size. They were nice enough to explain the exchange/return process to me and my replacement order was sent successfully. I can't wait for my order request to get approved and get the upcoming replacement item that I needed in the mailbox.
