At first, there was a problem with creating my video (they sent me an email where they said two dancers were injured due to mud), but they came with a solution and after I agreed, they sent me the video with afro dancers! Glad they did this, we laughed a lot! :)

I love the concept and the video was filmed and sent very quickly. My only little comment is that the writing on the board was not very clear and couldn't really be read through the screen. But nonetheless I love the outcome. Thank you!

Positive: Received video quicker than expected! Easy to download!

Negative: Paid for extra Edit and video was not as advertised. Video was also created at night, under a light. The greeters appeared tired, unenthused and no energy. Video was underwhelming and a bit disappointing.

Reached out via email for the edit discrepancy. Have not heard back yet...

When I placed my order incorrectly I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and very communicative. I have never trusted an online order more than them. It was quick, so friendly, and exactly what I asked for. I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase. The video was for my mom and it was AMAZING. I recommend them 100%. Heey, I got my video, and it was amazing. I expected it to take more time to shot and ordered one week before my husband’s birthday, but they sent me video just next day, so, I am looking forward now to send it to him, aghwhwhhw. It’s funny and interesting how they ask you to choose a music you want and tag the timescreen. Generally, I appreciate your fast response and dedication to work, we can see it through every video you posting. God luck in the future
