I'm not a developer but Unicorn Platform makes it incredibly easy and fun once you get the hang of the program. I'm building a website for my business and this is perfect software to take my site live in just a few clicks. The AI is excellent. It will read what you wrote and clean up the text far better than editing yourself. I highly recommend this program! Thanks Kirill and team.

I started using unicorn platform to build an initial landing page for my new startup orangecubes.nl. I ended up building the whole website there and my blogs.
This platform is great if you want to move fast and get good results on your own. Sometimes there are missing features which more mature platforms have out of the box. Usually minor details. However, the support of unicorn platform helps you within 24 hours to get the results that you desire. The support has been excellent and the performance is great. I recommend this for every startup.

My experience with Unicorn Platform de-escalated pretty quickly from amazing to horrible.
First, I created my landing page using all the tools and functions available. I was very impressed with the quality of it all and how easy it was to get the site up-and-running.
This sense of victory was very short, however.
After sharing the link with the client, the landing page stopped working, making me look pretty bad.
Then, after working again, the site went down for "server reasons", and now the landing page isn't working once more, after that I shared it again with the client and they'll be seeing it in the morning, fuming.
The response time from assistance is super slow.
There is barely any actual support offert.
It could have been 5 stars, now it's barely 1.

Hey Brando. I will never get tired of saying sorry for this case. Because I really do feel sorry.
We met an unexpected error during issuing an SSL certificate for your particular domain. We issued a valid certificate for your domain manually so you do not have to wait until we are working on fixing it. Now the problem is fixed by the way.
I will also have a call with our newly hired DevOps and tell about the case in details. He is working on providing a 100% uptime of Unicorn Platform servers and preventing similar cases in the future will be a part of this job.
Our support replies during working hours on weekdays. It is not 24/7 I'm sorry. I asked the manager to look in your case when I saw you comment on Instagram (which I replied within 15 seconds). But she was not able to manage it because the nature of the error was beyond something she (and I) was aware of.

Ultimately it's a quick way to put together a little website that looks mostly pretty good. Some downsides are that it's really not very customizeable beyond each section, and that many of the sections don't seem to share some obvious common things like a wrapper. On my website, each section basically has a different wrapper width to the last which makes the whole thing look inconsistent, which is like design 101.
But really the reason for 3/5 is that it's buggy, the product feels somewhat forgotten, and the customer support has been slow and unhelpful. And twice I couldn't even get through to customer support because of bugs.

I'm surprised to hear you was not able to reach out the support. We usually reply within a day or almost instantly during work hours. Perhaps there was an issue with the live chat widget or your email went to spam and we missed it. I'm sorry it is so.
I was looking for different landing page builders to do a simple task of market research. Most of them were either too complicated, too expensive or too poor in terms of features.
Then I somehow found Unicorn Platform. For my current needs it fits me a lot, interface is intuitive, template variety is so rich, integrations with other services (such as Google Analytics, Namecheap, etc) is present and everything is well documented.
The last surprise was that the support team was very reactive and friendly. Kudos to Igor and Kirill, who helped me to build, integrate and fix different issues !
I highly recommend using this builder if you are a "founder with limited time" !=)

Website making or at least landing page making should not be a massive task. One should be focussing on content and getting your message across rather than messing with design, formatting, and deployment (at least when starting a new venture).

Lastly, the team is super helpful in resolving all issues and customising small ad-hock features.

Really simple and intuitive builder, has all of the building blocks of a typical landing page. It was my first time putting together a landing page and it was a smooth experience :)

My use case was to just capture email addresses and comments, the help guide to set up MailChimp integration was very useful too

The easiest website builder I've ever used. I've used many website builders, and sometimes you don't want to spend hours putting it all together. I was able to build everything in minutes, seriously. It's only improving more and coupled with amazing customer support. I'd only use Unicorn for all my future projects.

A great website building tool! It takes me only a few days to take off my startup journey with Unicorn Platform. Very easy to use, UX and UI are great. There are several things in the design that you cannot change but overall, you have all the basic tools you need to create a beautiful and well-functioning website and landing page.

very relevant features. Themes are great starting point, very intutitive to set up. I come from a non tech background, was able to get my site up and running search ads within half a day.
the only thing lacking is demonstration videos, it might just be because its so easy to use!

But. While it is true in most cases, some people still need a video guide to feel more confident. This is why I'm making guides at the moment!
The platform the team provides is just amazing. I use Unicorn Platform for running a landing page for the MVP of our A-mates SDK. I don't have the coding skills and I never faced with difficulties while creating a website within Unicorn Platform. But what I really love is that my custom requests were heard and quickly implemented. It's very, very, VERY unusual and extremely positive experience. Totally recommend.

I'm not very savvy with coding but found Unicorn to be very easy to use. It didn't bog down my browser like other site builders, and the personalized help I received was like magic. Asad kindly created custom code for me, as I had a few tweaks. Overall it's been a joy working with Unicorn and getting my integrations to work.

Confession: I fell in love with the platform
The website we built on Unicorn Platform came out beautifully and was visually stunning. To be honest, all I ever did was only a few clicks. Their component library had nearly everything that's needed to build a great-looking SaaS website or landing pages.
It's very easy to use. And that easiness can be a disadvantage though as it lacks some customization options. It was the best fit for me as I didn't care much about customizations and wanted a fully functional website fastly and effortlessly.
Their support team was great and guided me at all times. The support response times could be improved. I got live/1 minute responses but some responses were between 1 hour to 12 hour response times, this can be improved further.

My site is down for 2 days is down. They said payment is not done, but I have receipts for the same. Now my site rating is affected. Now I am stuck with them and no one is replying from their side.

We do not disable website for not paying. We keep the due websites online for 2 weeks. Only then we disable it if the owner is not getting in contact with us.
I have no idea who are you and what your website is. I have just asked the team. I hope they will help me to identify you and I will be able to help.
Update: They said you possibly reached us and the problem was your expired domain name. We have no access to your domain name. Only you can manage it. It you lost it, the website will not be served because we can not display a website on an expired domain name.
