Truly Disgusting Company
We made an accidental duplicate booking and contacted Ticketek on the same day to let them know about it. Refund denied.
The agents are being forced to lie to try and end the call as quickly as possible. "We will escalate this to a higher department and call you back." No call ever comes.
I reach out again and they say the exact same thing, but when I ask them to send me an email confirming they would do so in writing, they refused and claimed they couldn't send emails lol. It's just hilariously scummy.
