I ordered twice from The RealReal, and I am very happy with my purchases! They arrived in a timely manner, and the products were exactly as stated. I will definitely be ordering from them again. My only suggestion would be to package the shoes with more padding, I could tell they were bounced around in the box so a little extra padding would definitely have been beneficial. Lastly, it would be a bonus if there were discounts on shipping. I will absolutely buy again regardless.!

I got the refund after I got the wrong order (whoever got my wife's order is the lucky one). The operator was extremely courteous though a bit difficult to understand, and he was able to handle the situation without wasting my time. Good job

I hate writing bad reviews …I purchased a purse and bought the coverage through X Cover being able to return it. It was one of the worst experiences I went online to start the “claim”, kept emailing….no answer. Finally after contacting TheRealReal, I got an email from X Cover with instructions on how to return (by now 2 weeks have passed). I returned the purse as instructed, and once again ….silence!
I’m so frustrated and disappointed with this experience that made think twice now purchasing from The RealReal again.

My experience with the RealReal was amazing. I was interested in a chain but felt like I needed to see more pictures. I called the Palm Beach location and was connected with Aubrey. She immediately reached out with extra pictures and put a hold on the chain for me until all my questions were answered. I received the necklace within a few days and it was awesome, A+ experience!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for a wedding and not only did they not arrive in time for the wedding, but they didn’t arrive before I left Colorado. I received literally no communication about the delivery until getting this survey! I still don’t know where the shoes are. Awful, awful, awful.

I have been a shopper for years with a passion for fashion. I have been looking for a perfect purse for months. I found it on The Real Real. When I received the handbag it was just like new. I am very pleased. I was given a personal fashion advisor. She is very helpful and offered free shipping, also scheduled an UPS pickup. I appreciate her telling me what The Real Real will accept to sale. Her text are very thoughtful explaining to me how their business works. I am glad I found The Real Real.

I love my bag, everything about it is great. Although I do wish it came with the original authenticated card. Also when my package was delivered it said it was coming on a Thursday and showed up on a Monday. Lucky I was home to receive the package. I think maybe they should have required signature for their packages considering the items are a little expensive + updated tracking.

I never received the item, it turns out UPS returned the item without my knowledge and no one told me about it. Apparently the delivery name was incorrect? Which makes no sense because everything is correct on the email I received saying my order had been placed. Very frustrating.
