The clothes are as expected for the price and sometimes you'll even be pleasantly surprised. Chic and trendy options and lots of great quality accessories. I was hesitant at first because of the prices but I'm a returning customer. They're customer service has been wonderful as well.

So far my Commense experience has been wonderful! The items I got that fit were super cute and god quality for the price, lots of compliments. When I had customer service issues, Commense made it easy for me to find a resolution for returns. Will be shopping here again!

I always get nervous making returns through clothing stores by mail, but Anky at Commense Support made the process so easy and straightforward. I got exactly what I was hoping for as far as my returns/refunds, and the return policies are very straightforward.

I kept seeing cute clothes advertised from this site and was skeptical at first but after discovering that some influencers I follow have worn items from here, I decided to try it out. Shipment was quick after having my order placed, and delivery took about 1.5 weeks. The items are true to the images on the site and the quality is also great. There were some items that did not fit me as expected, and the customer service team was great to work with to sort out the return/refund. They were kind and patient, which made the entire process smooth. I would recommend trying this company out if you’re considering it, I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

I ordered a big first haul from commence to try them out, the ads I’ve seen have been so cute! I’d say 40% of my haul was a success and I’m so happy with the items I got. The rest of the 60% I didn’t want to keep because either the item quality wasn’t what I was hoping for or the fit wasn’t comfortable even though I went based off the size guidelines. It would be helpful if items had pictures with reviews!

I was skeptical to order at first but once I placed my first order, the clothes came In right on time and was similar to the online photos.
Unfortunately, some did not fit right on my frame but the customer support team was able to help me with a solution and didn’t give me a hard time.

Clothes are really low quality and came with a strong smell. The returns policy is very narrow and the team are not providing me with a returns address to get a full refund. Unlike most stores where you can return if the fit is off or the style does not suit you they are not allowing me to return my items.

Despite what their website says, they don’t let you do returns. Waited a month to get my clothing- all of it was such poor quality and the fabric material felt like plastic. Their website says they accept returns if it’s unworn with tags attached, however, that’s not true. To initiate a return, you have to email them. They respond with options to credit your account with some store credit instead so you can buy more cheap plastic clothes, or, you can get a partial refund to your card. Those options didn’t work for me as I hate their clothing and want a full refund. I’ve emailed them an additional 2x asking for a return shipping label and they’ve been giving me the run around and ignoring me for days. Going to have to get my credit card company involved and file a claim. Ridiculous. 0/10, do not recommend doing business with The Commense.

I've ordered from Commense twice and I'm surprised by the quality of the material but their sizing can be a hit or miss. Granted, I've been ordering clothes for my pregnancy size and post-pregnancy size so my body is still going back to its original weight. The return policy isn't the greatest. If you order items that was purchased with store credit, you will lose that store credit if you return the items. I wish they offered the store credit back.

Clothes were low quality, tried to return and they offered store credit. Very difficult return policy and made me pay for and ship back.
I responded I wanted a full refund, refused to refund bathing suit. Will not order from then again.
