Fast shipping, great tracking

I love how fast the shipping is despite the product being literally on the other side of the world. The price seemed fair to me, and the tracking is splendid. Precise tracking is fundamental, and StockX keeps you updated every step of the way. I really appreciate the fact that before shipping anything, StockX checks and validates the product. That makes me feel a lot safer regarding frauds and copycats.

I'd never used StockX before so it felt…

I'd never used StockX before so it felt slightly risky. I have to say the service was first class. I was kept informed at every stage of the transaction. Item arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition and with the authenticity tag attached. Got a great product at a very reasonable price.

My experience with Stockx has been…

My experience with Stockx has been faultless! One of the few places that still had the trainers I was looking for in stock and at a very reasonable/fair price! Received emails throughout informing me on progress with trainers arriving when expected… Well packaged and very happy with them!

Customer service

This was the second attempt at trying to get these shoes the first attempt I was refunded immediately when there was something that went wrong. Second time everything was communicated all the way through the delivery process. Love the shoes.

Adidas Handball Spezial

I found a limited edition pair of Adidas Handball Spezials and I just had to have them as they were no where to be found in Australia. StockX had them and they were sent to me with great communivation and in a timely manner. I would definitely purchase again.

I honestly didn't know what to expect, and was a bit worried, having spent a good amount of money. But everything was communicated to me clearly throughout the process, the whole thing was quick and the product is definitely to my satisfaction. Great experience

Most everything was great

The ordering system was great, the shipping was great, the only thing was that it was like 10 bucks for verification. I understand that stuff is kinda complicated but added up with shipping it adds up to about 25 bucks, so be prepared to pay more than you ordered. Overall great service.

I like that they quality check the…

I like that they quality check the product before it is shipped to the consumer. This is a great feature. Until you've experienced what happens when other companies ship product without checking it first, you won't realize the value of this.

A great way of buying discounted…

A great way of buying discounted genuine brand name shoes with the confidence of getting the product you paid for. StockX makes sure of the identity of the item and ships it to you. You deal with StockX instead of the seller. StockX stands by the transaction and secure payment.

Good experience, received shoe sooner than promised.

I was a little afraid of using StockX, only because I had never heard of it. Tried to find some reviews online and that inspired enough confidence to give it a try. Ended up with a good experience and got the shoe I wanted for less than I could find it elsewhere. I think their fees are a little high but I guess if that wasn't the case it wouldn't be worth it for them to do the service. I would buy again from this site.

First 10 pair I ordered all came in a timely fashion and my last 10 are on the way

Best thing tho is 2 of the shoes they refunded me immediately as it did not fit there standards at verification. Didn’t send them to me to return, was verified prior. That’s good stuff

very upset

very upset, and worry, its has been over a week that one of my orders, should be delivered since 07/20/24, and so far no response from fedex, neither from stock X, need resolution ASPA, this its regarding the yeezy shoes.

Fees

I think the processing fee is a bit much. America is in unprecedented times and it feels like StockX is taking advantage of the Americans that support the business by having this fee.

When discounts are sent out after a purchase is made. The discount does not get used due to the quick expiration date. This needs to be adjusted.

Poor customer support

I have had good luck with many orders, but there have been some issues that I wish could have been better. Firstly, once something happened and I ended up ordering 2 pair of the same shoes. I called about this, but the manager, or higher ranking to the person on the call would not override the opportunity to cancel or return/refund one of the pairs of shoes. There have also been 2 occasions where it wasn’t clear to what shoe size was provided (gender/countries/etc) and I received the wrong size of shoes. Again, no one at your company would do anything to help me.

The time I almost got my grails.

Ordered a pair of shoes I’ve been wanting for a long time and 4-5 days after ordering I noticed nothing had changed when tracking so I sent an email to question it and then I got a response that my order was cancelled and I was getting a refund.. I didn’t even get the normal, “hey here’s x amount of store credit on us for this situation” it was just a “hey sorry life’s not fair, we know it sucks” situation …. So yeah my experience sucked..

Immaculate delivery time

Ordered a pair of shoes one week before i went on holiday and didn’t expect stockx to ship them on time. By some miracle stockx clutched up and i got my shoes exactly a week after i ordered. To make things even more surprising the shoes were shipped from netherlands and I live in the Uk. Fair play Stockx.

Simple

Simple. I order and they deliver. Twice out of twelve or more orders were not full filled. That's exactly what I want. Brokerage insurance you might imagine.

Perfect
