I ordered over 7 days ago during Amazon…

I ordered over 7 days ago during Amazon Prime week I have not received any confirmation that my order has been shipped I've emailed them three times asking for information and I get no reply when they say and I quote

Will reply within 2 days. Yet they say that they ship your order within 2 hours and yet you can't find out where the order is

If I don't get a reply soon I'm going to put the stop payment on the order and I suggest any of you do a thorough research on this company cuz I'm beginning to think it's one big scam and all these reviews they have out here are bogus

Oh yeah. The phone number they have listed on their page you call it and it says it's not a valid number that's another warning sign that this is a scam

Terrible company

Terrible company. I waited 10 days with no tracking information provided and no refund has taken place do not but purchase from this company. I have sent an email requesting a refund

Thank you for a positive experience.

Thank you for sticking it out and solving my problem. The magnetic charging tips that came with the charger did not work with my iPad and now, with the different charging tip Statik sent me, I am in business. Love this fantastic system. Thanks to a reliable company.

I like your products

I like your products, however I get sales notices after I have purchased an item. Would be nice to get them before. I ordered an item on July 13, 2024 and got a sale notice on July 15, 2024 for buy one, get one.

Overheated my phone

I plugged my charger in it was 38% I left it for two hours it was 40% and my phone was red hot so I decided to try my vape exactly the same thing happened I would not buy this product again I wouldn't leave any star clearly shows in the advert the charger holding the phone in mid air it's bunk it just falls off I will never buy from a Chinese company again they take your money and take weeks if at all to get back to you if you email them.useless company selling a useless product

I ordered the Statik 360 charger and…

I ordered the Statik 360 charger and the 3 foot magnetic cable plus delivery insurance on 07 June. I waited a few weeks to be told that the charger is on back order and an apology. Then the company decided to send me the cable for free a a nice gesture. During this time, I also moved and they were able to update to my new address. When I got to my new place, I was super excited to finally get my package. I open it up to find no charger but just the cable. Since then, I have been trying to co twct the company and much to my demise, no response. It has been well over a month since I placed my order and I am now about to leave the country which is why I really wanted this product in the first place. I have been sending emails with the hopes of getting a real person to respond to me. I appreciated the automated emails, but in this case either the Statik company sends me my product, issues me a FULL refund or I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau.

To be fare, I totally understand being swamped, products on back order etc...however I am a firm believer in communication and fairness. When one of those is violated, I am not a happy camper especially being I paid for products I have not received.

Not sure how long Statik has been in business, so far the cable you sent me is amazing, would really love my charger!!! And please do a better job of communicating with your customers! Get a 800 number for starters!

I am a big supporter of this product…

I am a big supporter of this product but the last one broke within a few weeks of use, I sent an email and pictures and was told they would send me another no charge but I never got it and that was weeks ago. I will be happy to send a review once I get the new one. Thank you so much for your time.

My purchase took a little longer to…

My purchase took a little longer to arrive then anticipated, but the customer service were extremely helpful and kept me updated with regards to tracking and keeping me updated with the the progress of my purchase. Overall, it was well worth the wait, and I'm extremely happy with My purchase. 5*

This company is amazing! Very punctual in responding to my email about concerns on my recent purchase and was able to provide answers as well as my requested modifications to my order! Four magnetic chargers lasted a year

Four magnetic chargers lasted a year. The little detachable magnet for iphone ‘burns out’ it discolours and is no longer usable. I used all four before they suddenly stop charging and look, what I can only describe as charred. So now I have four unusable cables and will have to back to regular cables. Frustrating.

I think the company and its products are top-notch.

The company invites feedback and listens and responds with product improvements. The quality of the newer products is far more durable and useful than the previous line-up. Which was good and which I used for at least 2 years, but the new stuff is just better and easier and more rugged.

What absolute charlatans

What absolute charlatans. Totally dishonest - including their first names, Michael and Minnie - the mice that roared! Paid and waited 2 months for nothing. Then I got an email today saying the goods were delivered today. They were not and no, I am not going to the local post office and put it on the same goose chase that I am on. I paid by PayPal - so hopefully, it will do its job and send these fraudsters broke.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND A SCAM

I agree with the other comments. I ordered and paid for the charger. Apart from a confirmation email, I got nothing. When I questioned it, I got the standard email that they had sold out. When I still received nothing, I asked for a refund and have heard nothing again. They have no contact number, only a generic email address. This is a scam. Ignore the positive reviews as they are probably fake along with the company. Have reported them to the Department of Fair Trading.

Statik cables destroyed my iPhone.

I asked to return 8 cables I'd bought because they destroyed my iPhone, creating bubbles in the battery and eventually burning out the motherboard. The cables are not MFI and because they lack the correct chips inside them they allow voltage spikes to get through to the phone - especially when used with a car charger. Statik refused to accept the returns or refund my money in spite of the products not being fit for purpose. They did, however, send me, free of charge, other Statik products to the value of 25% of the amount I'd originally spent.

I love the product offerings

I love the product offerings . I got rid of 8 different charging cables between two tablets. Two phone spread out between home, car and travel bag. I am down to three cables now. I think they are the greatest products since sliced bread.
