I haven’t had the opportunity to try…

I haven’t had the opportunity to try out my new lens yet. Just arrived in Europe and can’t wait to take some pictures. Based on the customer service alone, I would recommend Moment! Ordering the right items and then helping me get it set up…their team was very responsive and great customer support.

Outstanding quality and customer service!

Things can go wrong, and they do. That's okay. What matters is how we handle the situation when they do. Recently, I discovered that one of my Moment iPhone lenses was damaged and so didn't meet my expectations. I reached out to Moment, and kaboom—a new replacement lens is on its way. I'm confident it will bring me as much joy as my other iPhone lenses. Outstanding quality and customer service!

I have always found it easy to deal with Moment. The staff are knowledgeable and they are always on hand with workable answers to queries. Ordering is easy and straight forward and delivery is prompt.

Moment Customer Service Is Wonderful

Based on my recent experiences with Moment and their customer support, they're a five star company. I was having an issue where FedEx just wasn't sending my package out for delivery or handing it over to USPS for delivery. Their customer service couldn't give me any answers and instead told me to contact the shipper, Moment. I did just that and Moment customer service tried to get answers from FedEx and the next business day my package was out for delivery by FedEx. Amazing work by Moment to make sure that everything was taken care of.

Great Products and Great Customer Service

I have been buying products from Moment for many years, since they came out with the best telephone lens for the iPhone many years ago. I love their iPhone cases and neck straps, which keep me from losing my phone. I also use their UV filter for my iPhone camera. And to top it off, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They respond to my emails right away and do everything they can to help. It's a great company with great products and great customer service.

Awesome Customer Service

Had some problems with my account when the Moment website was switching over to the new platform.
Issues were not being able to login with my old password and a course purchased previously was not showing up in my account.
Shout out to the Moment team who gave me precise step by step instructions to re-register my login/password settings and prompt execution of re-enrolling me to the course I purchased in the past!

Very helpful support

There was an issue on my side ordering the wrong in camera lens mount. After contacting support they were very hopeful in helping me exchange for the correct one and reimbursing me for the wrong one. They were very polite and courteous

They resolved a concern with my order without hesitation and corrected the order immediately. The entire crew is always super friendly and helpful. I have purchased several items from them over the years and each purchase has alway been a very pleasant, easy going experience. Great lenses, service people are also great, but....

Don't get this review wrong - I think Moment makes some great lenses. I recently replaced my M Series lenses (tele and anamorphic) with the T series. I also purchased several filters (and their requisite filter adapters) from Moment, as well as their small travel case. The construction of the new lens adapters is significantly better, so also great. However, there really wasn't any real documentation regarding mounting instructions, so after contacting the service help, this issue got resolved.

Regarding the new lens case, it is the same size as the old ones. Yet the T Series lenses are larger - so why didn't you upgrade/upsize the cases?

Small issues I realize.

Great customer service

Quick delivery (international - to Norway) and extremely fast customer support response.

I had an issue with being charged twice for VAT (tax) - once by moment and once by FedEx - and it was easily and quickly resolved by the professional people at Moment by refunding me the VAT moment charged.

Moment is Top-Notch

One of the things that has made my experience great with Moment is the timely manner in which you always respond. I have been a Moment customer for years and years now and I have purchased almost every item relating to the iPhone... twice. I had to upgrade from the M-series to the T-series when the iPhone 15 was released. Moment is top-notch, proven and battle tested. Your equipment is well-crafted and professionally made. Love your lenses and filters. I shot a segment of an independent feature film using my iPhone 15 Pro Max, Moment lenses and filters and the images are stunning to the point that some don't believe me when I tell them I shot that with my iPhone. As someone who has experience with professional camera equipment and lenses, I appreciate that it takes time putting the lenses and filters on because this mimics the steps one has to take when working with a camera such as an Arri Alexa.

Customer service is world class

Customer service is world class, the best I’ve ever experienced. Responses are super prompt and the team really cares. However, I wasn’t made aware that my item is being shipped from Hong Kong via snail mail; so I’m not pleased with that. Wish I was offered the option to opt for priority shipping.
