Tom always surpasses my expectations…

Tom always surpasses my expectations every time I talk with him! His outstanding customer service is timely and he always resolves the issues. He's hands-on and digs into the problem and ultimately offers a variety of solutions. His communication is clear and concise and is always, always positive and pleasant. Michelle was extremely helpful and patient! When I didn’t understand her instructions she took the initiative to do it for me on her end and confirm that it was the correct way I wanted my booking payments to appear. Her kindness was greatly appreciated 😊

Totally inept!

I have been in correspondence with Setmore to try to get an old booking link closed down as the business is no longer trading. I have provided all the information they have requested yet still they refuse to close the booking link which is causing us tremendous problems with double bookings etc as people are using the old link. They are totally inept. Definitely not recommended!

Anutham was great to work with

I had my demo with Anutham and he was very helpful! He walked through each section on the site, answered all my questions and shared his screen and helped share my screen to show me exactly where I needed to go and how to achieve my goals. I forgot a few questions during our meeting and emailed him after and he replied very quickly with the answers. After meeting with Anutham and knowing how great customer support is, I feel more confident in moving my team over to use Setmore.

Siddharth was brilliant!

I am a new customer who was trying desperately to integrate the platform with Fb and IG for an entire day and kept receiving different errors and different agents were jumping on my open ticket. It wasn't until Siddharth joined in and finally helped me resolve my problem. He was so patient, polite and thorough with his explanations, tried few different approaches until it all clicked together. I am beyond grateful as the experience was stressing me out and as a new customer and first time user I most certainly needed the guidance of someone so experienced and patient.

Amazing demonstration of how to set up my booking pages.

Anutham was super helpful and answered all of my questions while I was asking them. He took his time to make sure I understood how things worked and even made examples to help me. Great quality representative and teacher of the UI for both owners and customers. I will definitely reach out to Anutham if I have any other questions!

Awesome demonstrator

My Demo section leader was awesome and he putted in a lot of work and in put to make sure i was very well educated on the product and how the app work both on customer side and my editing side.
