TOILET COMPANY!!!

TOILET COMPANY!!!

This company does NOT respond to routine questions nor do they assist in ANY capacity with selling merchandise, they just leave you out there to attempt a cure yourself or perhaps they hope you go elsewhere. I do NOT recommend listing your merchandise here, as it is pointless and a total waste of time.

I am a 5-star seller on Poshmark

I am a 5-star seller on Poshmark. I just learned that if you make a mistake purchasing a shipping label, to add additional weight, you CANNOT void the unused shipping label. There needs to be a class action lawsuit to recover the profit Poshmark makes off of unused shipping labels!

Worst low level online shopping site…

Worst low level online shopping site there is. First experience. Now last. Item clearly not as described. Sold me a "BlendJet 2". Sent a BlendJet One. Same brand but obviously different blenders. Take screen shots of everything you can from Google post to the order description. Glad I did. A ton of difficulty to register and hoops to jump through to get it addressed. No response first day. Told me to register but won't allow it
Customer service channels suck. People knowingly send you not as described thinking you won't deal with returns or doing it within the tiny window of time to do so. Surprise . Will be on this relentlessly.

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. I made an account, posted some items and made two sales. Buyers sent me money and I was supposed to receive it from a link. I clicked on the link and put my card information in and they told me I needed to have $160.00 in my own personal account before I could receive money from my sale. That to me sounded very suspicious. Not to long after I added my debit card, they tried to pull out several large amounts. I immediately deleted all my information and stopped the payments. I deleted my account.

Poshmark sucks forgotten buyers & sellers. They take 20% or sales & they SUCK at communication. They also DO NOT respect privacy addresses are very clear on labels. I didn't receive an item I purchased and posh automatically started a return case, without me asking, and I never got my item and the seller got my money. **** THE SECRET TO BUYERS WHO WANT OUT IF A PURCHASE - REPORT THE PURCHASE AS FRAUD!!!!**** POSHMARK IS TERRIBLE. THEY ARE THEIVES. DO NOT USE POSHMARK.

Be aware of false advertisement…

Be aware of false advertisement Poshmark allows. I bought pajama showing both top and pants on the picture and I only received the top. Poshmark is not helping me with this issue. They won’t allow me to return it and get money back. I totally overpaid for a used piece of pajama top.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

DO NOT USE THIS SITE, I placed a order on PoshMark from @Blaketanya18 😡 she did a bate and switch then mocked me over $10 like it was not big deal, my order was over $60 so rude!! Please save your hard earned money and stay far away. She also has a YouTube site (Tanya Blake 6591)claiming she paints Mandala art for the planet and gratitude if you live on the island and find one don’t touch it you will get burned!!! Dirty Shame. Poshmart is impossible to work with on dispute resolution, they don’t listen to what you say, their policies are complex and convoluted and they seem to be designed to confuse the customer into submission.

Stay away from Poshmark, buyers start to damage items in purpose so they can return it or even exchange it with different one same brand

I am very frustrated and disappointed with Poshmark. I am an ambassador, selling on the platform for almost 5 years now. I have 5 star review based on over 150 items sold and this is the second time already when the buyer is dishonest. First time, over a year ago the buyer damaged my dress, because, probably otherwise she couldn’t return it, according to Posh policy, and she lied that she received it damaged, after she pulled the fabric to make holes .This time, it happens with a brand new jeans, new with tags, perfect condition. The buyer opens a case as soon as she receives it with a different pair of jeans, not the ones I originally sent out, which were having a big white stain like egg size on the back of the jeans and she said that the jeans look worn out, big white stain in the back and she actually swap my original jeans with a different damaged pair which are a different color and different hem . As a seller you have no protection against this type of customers, and she is new to Poshmark, no activity at all. Her only purchase was this one, where she chooses to do such a thing, I have also asked Poshmark to ask her to take the damaged item to the police for fingerprints, because that doesn’t look like the item I have shipped out to her. I don’t want to deal with such customers and such unsecured platform anymore. I will close my store and stay away from Poshmark. After so many years they not even offer live customer service for us, they charge 20%, without any supporting services at least for this type of situations.

Purchased a pair of Jordan 4s from a seller. Money was removed from my account and purchase was successful
Checked my Poshmark account 2 days after my purchase to see about shipping etc, but my order was canceled. No email, no information as to why. Just canceled.

Reached out to customer service inquiring as to why my purchase was canceled, to be told my account wasn't verified. So instead of getting a customer to verify the account they cancel your purchases without warning or informing you. They don't even send an email or ask during purchasing for you to verify your account.

I purchased a watch for $300

I purchased a watch for $300. After waiting 3 weeks and receiving several emails from Poshmark and the seller, my order was cancelled because the seller did not send it. Huge disappointment. Don't waste your time! Oh, and I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund!

They have no return policy on misrepresented merchandise. Also, there is no customer service. This company is a total SCAM.....stay away from them. I have opened up a dispute with my credit card company.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. I lost over $400.00 thru their site which is full of phishing schemers from UAE. And, they are quite good at being legitimate appearing. I was emailed by a "customer" who "was a buyer", and I was told my item was definitely sold. "just click the link below to complete the transaction". It was downhill from there. This was my first time using this app and absolutely the last time. Poshmark gives no warning this could happen, and was decidedly unhelpful when told I actually lost this money. They basically believe it was my fault for not knowing their policies on transactions. They DO NOT have anything posted anywhere that I could find, and I did email them with questions on how their system works but I didn't get the info needed until over two hours later, which was two hours too late!!!!! I am filing a complaint with the FBI, and hope someone will start a lawsuit for their blatant negligence.

Verification process for seller REEKS of SCAM!

First time seller on Poshmark. And I noticed on various sites ppl complaining about "canceled" orders. Well apparently Poshmark allowed 3, maybe more ppl to purchase my (single) item-I can't tell because Poshmark's bizarre verification system for payments got my card flagged as compromised and canceled and I can't verify or confirm or whatever they call it-to accept any of the so called sales. Who ever heard of a card verification transaction being $900-$1000???? That in and of itself reeks of SCAM!

I thought selling on Poshmark was…

I thought selling on Poshmark was supposed to be easy, far from it! At least one inquiry was a scam trying to get information. Several others seemed legitimate and wanted to buy some of my things but I couldn't get through the verification process. I had to notify these people that I'm unable to sell. They said one credit card has 3D secure function disabled and the other has a balance that's too low. The online chat help was no help at all. Very frustrating and a little scary.Definitely not safe.

Postmark lies about deleting your info

They claim they delete your personal info after you close account, but they don’t. Blatant lie. Also didn't let me complete purchase via PayPal unless I create account. I don’t want your account. I want an item and the end. Really unfair to seller to press buyers create accounts, so I had to turn around and not buy. Bottom line- sellers seem to be good people trying their best to create good customer experience but the platform itself is awful, unacceptable given how much they get as a middleman

Terrible for buyers

Terrible for buyers. Uneducated sellers who are asking close to retail if not more sometimes. Recently purchased 4 name brand hats turns out they were Jr sizes. Their "customer service" posts on the site on a Friday night I have until SUNDAY to ship them back. When this finishes I'm done. Stick to Ebay or market place... Worse run whatever you want to call it I've ever run across.

You're at the mercy of the seller…

You're at the mercy of the seller describing and representing their item correctly. I've recieved items with flaws 3 out of 4 times ordering on here (twice recieved sweaters that were severely shrunken and misshapen in the wash before sending), from people with seemingly rave reviews and lots of sales and ambassador status. I remember reviews with fewer than 5 stars were still added to the sellers page a few years ago. Now they only display the 5 star reviews. That is so ridiculously flawed and unhelpful. Poshmark doesn't set an accountability standard for sellers. Buyer beware.

Validation process doesn't work in the US

My daughter uses the site, so I decided to go on and sell some dresses I don't wear anymore. I got an immediate sale, then the nightmare began. I spent 2 hours trying to validate my identity. Turns out, they cannot deal with Chase Bank (my credit cards), and Citizens (my debit card) doesn't work either. I had to resort to my UK credit card. Finally, I was told that it had worked and a confirmation would come in the morning. Next morning, nada. I spent another 4 hours trying again, and they said I had to cal the bank - I said 'no.' I know how to do validate transactions on the UK card and told them I wasn't going to call the bank. I asked them multiple times to refund the buyer, and I still don't know if they have (though I guess that's on her now). I pulled my listings and will never use them again. 6 hours I will never get back and agents that are completely clueless.
