doing my tax report had some difficulties downloading from the c-trader web version, contacting support my account manager Chiara followed me ... but as it was difficult to solve it I guessed she would not follow me; instead she came back in 24hrs with the precise solution and detailed procedures. This is when a company makes that different recruting employees like Chiara.

Great broker with excellent execution and fast deposit/withdraw processes. Their swaps and spreads are not the greatest on the market, but the everything else is perfect.

Can I give it ZERO star?
Haven’t even invested yet because I got a couple questions and I asked my supposed account manager Debora Devazzio who seemed to not care about her customers at all.
She doesn’t answer questions, she will tell you to talk to people from the chat and she won’t help you if you have a demo account. In her words she will only help clients with “Real Money”. Very RUDE! She did the same thing to a couple other people I know.
I was ready to invest A LOT of money. Pepperstone lost a big client.

I highly recommend this company to any, novice to an expert forex trader, they are so good at customer service, Mary my account manager reached to me with a phone call right after I had problems with my account and helped me fix them. Good job they are doing✊🏽

Pepperstone is always providing exceptional and excellent support. Sometimes the online chat Queie is congested, however whenever you drop them an email they respond within max one hour with a resolution and answers to your inquiry. Really great trusted support team, thanks.

I would like to thank the team at Pepperstone .
Especially Charlie Mathews who looked after me so well. Big thanks Charlie. !!!! He fixed any issues I had to get trading.
I had difficulty with opening accounts on other brokerage sites and getting them connected to my preferred platform, but these guys are fantastic.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Pepperstone is one of themost amazing Broker you could ever come across. I was been suggested by one of my very good and Pro Trader friend. And when I practically started with them I realised it is amazing.

Pepperstone has the best execution, great spreads and most of all the best customer services. Relationship manager Jack is simply the best. Super response time, genuine interest to help and super fast efficiency. Honestly I have been moving around a few top brokerages in the last 10 years where i have high volume status. But after starting with pepperstone few years ago, I never had a need to move anywhere else. Good VPS, very competitive spreads with my volume traded, many incentive promotions to keep any serious trader happy. And of course with Jack around, there is no need to wait on a line to talk to a random customer service officer. Problems get solved almost immediately. AAA

My trade position was stopped out due to their "roll over". Years ago, they used to take accountability for this issue and offer reimbursements.

I contacted support regarding this issue but the staff member that I was interacting with refused to acknowledge the issue. When I provided screenshots of the quoted price at the time from other regulated brokers (IBKR, Oanda, FOREX.com, etc.), the staff member took it as a personal attack towards their ability to analyse trade issues.

Random spread spikes is one thing, but the lack of accountability and training of the support staff makes it very difficult to trust them.
