The program is Excellent, but prices are very high, even if the customer service after my 1 week trial has made a good offer , which I unfortunately must decline as don't havo to work with PDF documents daily. As I sent my unsubscription request, I received a reply within 10 minutes. Fantastic. I really advice the program for people working with PDF documents.

I made the mistake of letting the 7-day trial lapse, and was therefore was charged the monthly fee of $49.99. PDF Guru responded to my concerned inquiry within minutes, and ultimately refunded me the full amount by the end of a few hours. I'm very grateful they made allowance for my memory lapse! Thank you PDF Guru for you integrity :)

I had a great experience, first it's related to the services provided and the quality of it as i converted easily a huge PDF file to a word file. Moreover, I never experienced the prompt replies for other service provider, as soon as i sent an email related to a payment issue, it was directly answered and solved. thank youu. PDFGuru will always be my 1st choice after the experince i had.

Initially used the product for a one-off pdf conversion under a 7 day trial. Product worked well but was billed $49 a week later for an ongoing monthly subscription. It initially looked like this would not be refunded but after a couple of emails back and forth the company did refund my $49. Lots of very negative reviews from others but wanted to share my positive outcome. I'm still not sure if this is actually a scam (I did get my money back) but $600/yr for a monthly subscription to a pdf product is insane!

A shameless and unreliable company refused to refund me in mid-May 2024, promising me a permanent plan for my account.
But when I tried to use it on July 27, I was told the permanent plan had been canceled and my account was closed without a refund. I'm really curious what they would have done if I hadn’t contacted them myself.
It would be interesting to see.

I believe that my experience of using PDF Guru was a good one. I had needed to use the software for editing a PDF for someone I knew. It did the job well.

I would like to mention that the customer services, when I got in contact with them, they were very prompt in replying. Once I got my issues across, they took almost immediate action to help me out.

I would ask of PDF Guru to refrain from practices such as the 'trial and then monthly subscription after x days' as this can catch many unaware, particularly young and vulnerable people. It should be noted that this is a common practice across several industries and not limited to your company. It shouldn't be. If it is, it should be extremely clear and have extra layers of confirmation. If this is implemented, it will be a five star review, absolutely.

Nonetheless, my issue was resolved very quickly. They appreciated my dire situation and as someone who is of the working class, I applaud them. Thank you.

This product does what it says and well but my real review is for the customer service team.

Ok so after 8 months of being charged 49usd I was very angry. I didn't know or understand why I was subscribed. I am ASD and sometimes I miss things.

However they have refunded me some of the costs which means a lot to me as I am disabled.

the customer service team responded quickly and empathetically to my circumstances and I am thankful.

Thus in the future if I have to use a PDF converter I will use them again but this time be a bit more careful.

Tricked into a month subscription of £49.99 which I cannot afford just because I used the 7 day trial.
Don’t fall for their tactics.
£49.99 a month is violently excessive even if you want ongoing access to the product, which I didn’t.

Tricked into paying $50 for just one little pdf I needed to edit. Had no idea my 7-day access for $1 would screw me over so badly. The only value I've received from them is learning a valuable lesson about caution when paying for online services.

After starting to edit a document, I was unexpectedly charged a fee. Thinking I was almost finished, I paid it. To my dismay, I was hit with another fee to complete the download. This app is a complete waste of time and money.

To make matters worse, they automatically charge you €49.99 per month unless you actively contact their customer support to cancel. Beware!
