I purchase Windows 10 and Office 2021 ProPlus key. Windows key was delivered instantly as promoted but for Office key I had to wait almost 24h, and when it was delivered it did not work. I had to wait next day to deliver new key that worked.
Overall it was OK because they delivered working keys but if you are in rush like I was it's not recommended to try your luck.

I had couple stumbles during installation like error messages which are gone on the second or third try. I suggest a little more detailed instruction like download image, mount, run, if error than call us or retry. It's not clear should I use www_office_com/setup or not if installation from image fails. But taking into account the price and minor problems, it's a great deal.

I bought the Windows 11 Pro key for really good price from Orgkeys.com. Key delivered with in 24 hours by email. It successfully renewed my windows and so far so perfect! I recommend to consider visiting orgkeys.com if anyone has a plan to renew their windows operating systems.

Very responsive to customer's issue. I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2021 and applied the product key once I received orgkeys.com's email 30 min later. But found it not working. I sent an email and received another key within an hour and it worked. Thanks for the fast response.

Great: ordering was straight forward. Payment was simple. Delivery was quick.
Not so great: the 'instructional' video was terrible. Too quick, overriding sound, no verbal or written (subtitles) directions, and it fuzzed out for a good part of the first steps. Fortunately, having done computer rebuild/re-installations for more than 15 years, I was able to figure out how to make it work. It took 5 runs through the video to get that straight though. Heaven help someone trying for the first time!

There was a slight glitch in ordering but the vendor made it right very quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. I haven't had time to install the software, but between the good vibe I got from the seller I have faith all will be as it should be.

I had a few problems with installing the software, but that was mainly because Microsoft did not uninstall the previous version of office completely, however the information provided helped me to trace the problem, and it is now installed OK.
To all future users:
You must uninstall the previous version completely, shut the system down and and reboot. then check the registry for any remnants of the old program left behind and remove, to ensure a good install.

I got 2 keys, but none of them worked systems say that the keys were used in other systems, I emailed the seller with no response, don't buy from these people, keys won't work, customer support was contacted on time an manner with no response, I finally was contacted until I left a negative comment here. you go figure.

Have not received my product and they haven't responded to multiple emails.
They finally responded, but only after I posted a bad review. Finally got my key and I was able to download and activate the product. The customer service is terrible, but the price is good.
