I was amazed by the fast reaction and resolution!! I bought the absolute cheapest hosting solution on the market and honestly I didn’t expect much but on my 1st necesity (ibstalling a free security certificate for my website) the reaction and resolutions of the support department was absolutely amazing! By the time I noticed my email the support department had responded and the certiticate was allready installed! (even though there was no public information on the availability of this feature)
So far, as a very early user, I am blown away by the quality of this service! 5.5 starts from my side

I've had no major issues throughout my time (yearly subscription), which I renewed recently. Initially in the first year, some small glitches here and there while making sure the e-mail settings are set right (which is pretty normal btw), and customer support was prompt. I was overdue by a week or so in renewing my web hosting, and they did not rush to discontinue any services, which is highly appreciated.

I am a newbie to website design, so I can't comment much. They provide WordPress installation, and the price is attractive. I heard a lot of good reviews, so I signed up. If you are new to website design, you should go for orangehost, for their price is exceptional low.

Fast response to the support tickets and a beginner friendly interface

I opened a ticket 2 days back, but didn't get any response. surprisingly my ticket was twice marked as "Answered".

I purchased a year of hosting service, but it cannot connect to an external database. They won't open a simple port for "security" reasons, and they won't refund the money either. I'm stuck with an active subscription and unable to use the hosting.

I did renew after one year having purchased the micro plan, I only got in touch once to make sure I could use more than one domain for what I though could be a backup server for low traffic websites.
Having installed three WordPress websites I never got in to any issue, and one of the websites did start actually to get a lot of traffic and was able in December 2023 to manage 5k visits without a glitch, I added Cloudflare for all websites and that maybe helped.

It was easy to sign up and get going. Subsequently, I contacted them a handful of times for support with my questions. Their response was always within minutes. Their control panel is excellent. Their dashboard is well designed. After what I have been through with my former hosting service, OrangeHost is a pleasure to work with. And their invoices are very clear about what you are paying now, and what you will be paying next year.
Summary: Highly recommend it.

Orangehost is a game-changer. Their interface and cPanel are easy to use. Their best asset is the fast response from customer service when issues are reported to them. I wouldn’t exchange them for anything.
