Every time I order from this place it…

Every time I order from this place it cancels my order and doesn’t give me any information of canceling the order. I end up needing to order somewhere else after a week of waiting. Not a a good website if you need something quick or anything at all. Not recommended. Go to your eye doctor!

James was exceptional! I had the best experience with them

I had the best experience with them. There was a snag with communication with my doctor and James was amazing! He went above and beyond helping me ensuring I’d get my contacts before my vacation as I was panicking. He made sure everything was done.. Thank you James!!!

Tony B is why I'm writing this review

Tony B is why I'm writing this review. Opti contacts gets you your contacts pretty fast and I guess at a good price but what are your options? Oc sent me the wrong contacts and he fixed it pretty fast plus honored the discount I had from my original purchase. He went over everything and found the issue then solved the problem. Thank you Tony B!

The customer service person Max listened patiently to my concerns and went over an above to make sure the order was fulfilled correctly and that I was satisfied with all of the terms. He was also very personable which made the experience more pleasant

Francis did an amazing job helping me

Francis did an amazing job helping me navigate my issue and made it sooooo easy. He let me help you, just give me one second and he did everything and sent me a link to simply pay. Once i paid he refreshed and said, it has been ordered, we will get to work on expediting your lenses. So knowledgeable and patient. Opticontacts will be my new contact lense/glasses place moving forward!

Easy and convenient

Have ordered with them before and it went well. This last time I made a mistake in the order. I called customer service, spoke with a human within 1 minute, and Tony B took care of the my issue quickly and kindly. I called because I had an issue with my…

I called because I had an issue with my shipping address. I had a wait time of less than 1 min. Diana was very friendly and her customer service was impeccable. She had so much patience even with my indecisiveness. She was able to expedite my order and reroute it for me with no complaints! And not to mention the price I paid for their contacts was better than any other sites that I’ve come across. Double kudos for being affordable and friendly!

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service! This is the first time I placed an order through OptiContacts, they are very attentive on updating me about the status of my order, the contact lense that I ordered was not available at the time, and they did update me about it and give me an estimate time frame on when it will be available. I had some troubles with the shipping and they where able to help me with that as well. I highly recommend OptiCintacts! :)

After a mix up on my order

After a mix up on my order Max, a customer service representative for OptiContacts provided exceptional customer service to resolve the issue. He provided excellent follow through during the process and was able to resolve my issue. He even had my order expedited. I will order from OptiContacts again based on the company’s price for contacts and their outstanding customer service

I tried to order online and it wouldn't…

I tried to order online and it wouldn't accept my doctors information, so I called. Online the price came to $549.00 and over the phone, it came to almost $900.00, so I cancelled the order.

Price issue rapidly resolved, good service

I had an issue with a higher that expected price for some contact lenses. Immediately, customer service contacted me and they worked out a solution for my claim. Of course they did offer me a discount. Thanks for your help, Felix

Pleasantly surprised!

I was hesitant to purchase through OptiContacts (no prescription needed to buy?), but even with the fees and shipping, it was cheaper than other options. I ordered 4 boxes of Total1 Dailies and accidentally ordered all 4 for one eye rather than 2 and 2. I called customer service, and they issued me a paid-mailing label to return two boxes. Then they issued me a credit to order the correct boxes. When the credit didn't cover the total, I called customer service back and they sent the order out for me (no additional fees). I was relieved and impressed. Thank you to both customer service reps!

I usually only contact customer support…

I usually only contact customer support as a last resort because between the endless telephone trees and questions that have nothing to do with my issue, it's a huge time sink. OptiContacts is a big exception. This is the second time in the past year that I had to call them to expedite an order and they couldn't have been more helpful. I would never hesitate to contact their customer service department.

Customer service was terrific BUT…

Customer service was terrific BUT shipping/processing fees are ridiculous ..two tiny boxes that c/b sent in mail for $5 shipping fee. Being charged $37 for shipping is off the charts!
