The notary public was patient with my 98 year old father and with me as we went thru the process. I had the sound from my phone going to my hearing aides, and once I realized that, I was able to broadcast the sound so that my father could hear it. The process went smoothly.

It was nice to be able to get one document notarized by both of us in different locations. However, the courts did not accept it because one signature was "too light". I did not get any help / customer services except being told that I could just pay and redo the task again. WHY would I want to pay $50 again, when you offer the different fonts and fonts sizes, some which are obviously not acceptable. Disappointed.

I'd never heard of online notary services or even knew they existed. I needed a document notarized ASAP and couldn't find notary services near me without an appointment. Online Notary Center absolutely saved me! It was incredibly easy to use, very quick and priced very reasonably. I'd definitely use their services again if needed.

My notary was kind, flexible and fast. She worked around a sound issue seamlessly- my microphone was not picking up noise and she offered to call me on her cell. So I am on my camera phone, while speaking to her on a landline. She made it work! Talk about above and beyond!
