Thanks to Gus.

Finally, after 10 days of calling, someone was able to handle my EXTREMELY simple request. Thankfully, the rep saw my attempts to reach out to my "manager" who has not addressed my concerns to this day. My manager was not able to do his job and my employee sat without a phone for 10 days, Gus helped me out in the matter of minutes.

An outstanding VoIP solution

Fantastic support during our porting/migration. Easy-to-use tools at a compelling price. Useful features that don't require a lot of technical expertise, backed by a smart team of people.

Difficult Times

I'm going through a difficult time in my life at this moment. My husband Dr. Reveron was diagnosed with cancer two months ago and will not be able to practice. Gustavo Suarez, provide me with great customer services. He was compassionate, caring and supportive during our conversation. He is a good asset to your company. Very Helpful

Nick @ CR was very helpful in addressing my concern and assured me the problem would be resolved timely. He also provided me with a direct line of contact if my issue was not resolved, so that he could assist me further.

Good sound, Sound support - App could be more appealing.

Phone numbers are ported over in a timely fashion. So far, the sound and fax messaging are reliable. The support offered by customer service reps was very good. Nextiva however needs to improve the app so that larger Icons and colors are used to highlight various functionality.

Olec was great

Olec was great. Answered my questions and guided my through the set up process, and encouraged me to think on my own where it was important to have my spin on my presentation. We had a great session and I'm looking forward to using all of the beneficial components Nextiva has to offer.

Amazing Customer Service by Joshua F.

Wow, just wow. Joshua F. was an amazing representative assisting me with this request I had. An employee/rep like Joshua is definitely deserving of a promotion or raise. If he was residing in California with his state licenses to offer insurance policies, like I am, I would have definitely offered him a good position at our office. Thank you Josh!

Refund for incorrect invoice

Our company received an invoice that shouldnt have been changed so we have to call to resolve this problem. I would like to thank Nick from customer relations for helping me out and following up on the case until it was resolved.

Great Onboarding Experience

I just purchased the Nextiva Pro Plan and I'm loving it so far. Nathan Renken is the gentleman who helped me choose the right plan. He's not a typical slimy salesman. He's very professional, helpful, and fun to talk to!

I also want to give a special thanks to Daria Andreieva. She is absolutely the best, and if I could, I'd give her 10 stars for her onboarding setup and assistance! Dear manager, if you're reading this, you should consider giving Daria a promotion. She is that good!
