Postcards are very good quality!

Postcards are very good quality!! And the picture looks great! Arrived faster than I expected. Very happy with this service and a great way to personalize a postcard!

Snail postcard service in the US

Love the app, quality and idea. Issue in the US is that they service is slow - printed and posted many days after they said so based on post mark. US Post is not great but MyPostCard is extraordinary slow in the US …

First time I used this service

First time I used this service. Always sent a bought postcard, sadly in Turkey. None at the resort hotel & haggling was so much hardwork. Last time a postcard alone, cost me stupid money.
This service was easy, designed it with upload turkey photos & made it fun to. As I could add hubby on some .Date, place & so a lovely postcard to send. Amazed as it arrived to all recipients 48 hours later, on the Saturday & before we got home that evening. Great service, wonderful quality & all who received them, loved them Thank you & will use again. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service

I have used this service many times with great results. When I contacted them to say that a card sent to USA had not been delivered after two weeks they responded immediately with a polite message and a solution. Love the service and my one experience with customer service was outstanding.

Multiple cards

I ordered multiple postcards through the app. They all arrived very fast and in good quality.
Although I was struggling to make multiple cards and pay them all together at the end of my order, I had to pay each card separately. Also couldn't combine any size of the card with everything from extras. Overall I'm happy with the service, it helps me to stay in touch with my family living on the other side of the world.

Post Card app is well worth using>>>

The app provided a means to get a communication out to a friend. The in store retail card section was in complete disarray, missing envelopes, and cards not available in the type I wanted. So your app came in to my purview allowing me a convenient change of pace and eliminated the running around and all the fuss.

Great service. Fast & discrete

Thank you for being discrete about the card I wanted to send. As a woman, I was unsure whether I would be allowed to show myself in a revealing pose on a card or write a quite explicit message within. Kind of embarrassing I know, but it had the desired effect on the guy I sent it to :)

Good Value for Money

I used MyPostcard.com several times and I can only recommend them! Everyone liked the quality of the images.
You can easily pay with Credit Card per order, download your own images if you like or choose from their image portfolio.
It saves a lot of time, no need to organise a card and go to the postoffice.
Good value for money.

I was really happy to find you

I was really happy to find you as the other company we had used closed up shop. People LIKE to get mail other than bills and requests for donations. These postcards that can be personalized with our own photos are terrific. I also like the additional options which I may find myself using (e.g. cards)

Very slow service in USA

We like the quality of the postcards and the ease of using the app. Delivery in the UK is great with the cards arriving in 1-2 days from the advice of mailing. However those printed in Denver regularly take over 2 weeks to be delivered. Regular postcards mailed in the U.S. rarely take longer than a week to be delivered, so clearly the US ones are not being mailed when they said they were. Wish we could read the postmark!

It was very easy and convenient to send…

It was very easy and convenient to send photo postcards to the states from Europe without dealing with purchasing cards, hunting for stamps and post offices. The cards arrived before our trip ended.
Our family loved them.

Pretty good all things considered

A little on the expensive side for each postcard and delivery took several weeks much longer than I anticipated but the product looked really good and we got lots of compliments from our friends and family. This was our second time using this and we’re happy though there may be better options out there.

We love to share moments

We love to share moments. Joy happiness inspiration giggles and condolences fear support and share strength.
The post card app was fast to download set up and really easy to use.
I’m a zillion years old in tech years and found this simple point to point option.

We sent a card to a far distant loved one whose health was suddenly shaken.
The simple card arrived really fast and was a delight for the supporting family as post is such a treasure when it’s a message of love.
We had a moment shared fast cheap and it meant a lot to our family overseas.

Hospital wall now has the card placed on the wall and brings a smile from the staff and a good discussion about the extended family and love.

Make meaningful moments.

I have elderly family members who are…

I have elderly family members who are from the generation of writing letters. No smartphones sending pics for them. But the ability to take a personalized photo from a holiday and for them to receive it in the post is great. Quality of the card was good, print was good and swiftness of postage excellent.

Unreliable service

Sent several card within the US and they had to follow up 4 times until all of them arrived with a 6 weeks delay. They are clearly not printed when they say they are and blame it on the slow US postal service

I send a lot of postcards when I travel…

I send a lot of postcards when I travel and am currently on a world cruise. I have had difficulty finding postcards, stamps and/or mailboxes so this is a great alternative, plus I get to use my own photos. I have not heard yet from any recipients about the quality but am hoping it is good. The ship charges a minimum of $2.50 per card for them to mail one so this is a good value.

I am really not sure what went wrong…

I am really not sure what went wrong but instead of my postcard being sent to my friend in America, it was delivered to my address ? I am assuming that was probably my error. The quality of the photo was excellent and so was the message that was written.
However I received a prompt reply about my issue - guess it was my fault so I will try to get it right next time.

MyPostcard is a much better experience than Postsnap

They can deliver the postcards in half the time and less cost than the previous company I used. I've sent 21 postcards so far and will continue to use them. As you use the service, you are offered additional discounts and some excellent deals on pre-buying credits.
