The mechanic is sooooo good. He picked up and fixed (for free) a problem caused by a previous mechanic from elsewhere which has made a HUGE difference to my car. Thank you!!!!!

I have been into the store in the past – and it is always been a positive experience. Yesterday, my tyre picked up a slow leak from a nail. Understandably they could not get me in on the same day. Asked me to bring the tyre only the next day as they dont have the capacity to accommodate cars. I dropped it in mid afternoon and was told that somebody would ring me when it was completed. I spent the next 2 1/2 hours wondering around the neighbouring shopping centre. Returned at 5 to discover that it had been completed much earlier and noone had called. I had to grab it myself from the workshop. Pretty disappointing.

I recently used MyCar tyre and auto and was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The staff was professional and courteous, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The customer service is great. Friendly staff when dropping off and collecting my car. They always do a good job when servicing my car and are consistent with their advice. There’s never any ridiculous add-ons or recommendations that you so often get especially at car yard service centres.

My car was in for service in Maroochydore three days later I drove to NSW and I noticed a oil burning smell, I called the local my car in Wollongong and they offer me a slot in three hours took car in rectified the fault which took an hour and no cost to me. Why would you go anywhere else.

I have just picked up my car from mycar and I am completely satisfied with the service. As I am not really mechanically minded I am grateful that things were picked up as requiring attention and I am now satisfied my car is very drivable and safe

Person handling my car service was polite, professional and seemed to be very experienced.The centre was at Westfield,Helensvale but i cant find it on the list

They told us to come and pick up our car way too early, but they were very respectful and after they messed up they prioritised us, which was nice. They did a great job and told us when they found other issues our car. Good experience overall, was easy besides the small time waste.

The team were friendly, fast with and most importantly honest. I went in for a service and thought I may need new Tyers and potentially a new battery. The team check out everything and surprisingly told me both were fine. They recommended I check the Tyers again in six months. This is probably the first time in 20 years of driving that I haven’t had a mechanic trying to upsell me or tell me I need things that I don’t.
I appreciate the honesty and their care.

The guys at Carrum Downs were so helpful and were able to get me back on the road quickly as I had a appointment to get to after I discovered that I had a flat tire.
I'm a regular customer here the guys are always friendly and helpful.

We booked in car for 11/1pm finish online ..
Was told my wife had to hang around shopping centre for another 3 hours with multiple kids to look after which wasn’t ideal.
Car got serviced but I specifically went with this mech to get it done ASAP

Great service and reasonable prices. Had booked in for a service and they didn't try to upsell to a higher package. In fact they suggested the basic service package as the additional benefits for the higher package didn't add any value to me. Very friendly staff.
