Poor Customer Service
Products are beautiful, but customer service is extremely lacking. If your order is perfect, you’ll be in good shape. However if you need help with anything, don’t expect someone to care.
I ordered two of the same fixture. One came with a bulb, and one did not. I was told I needed to buy the bulb for an extra fee for the second fixture, despite having the same exact fixture come in the same order with a bulb.
I was left on “hold” with customer service for hours, and I didn’t receive a response before the close of business hours. I didn’t need an answer then, but a simple “We’re closing, but I’m going to leave the ticket open” would have been helpful. Instead, I had to reach out again and start over.
