Beautiful!

The lighting was exactly what I was looking for. The design was fresh yet classic and the quality was amazing. The items were promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely order from Mitzi in the future.

First timer

First time purchasing from Mitzi. Great experience and the lighting fixtures are perfect. Only downside is I did not receive an e-mail alerting me my fixtures were on their way, BUT fortunately I was home and they arrived in record time too.

Great customer service from Mitzi

I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. Thank you, Mitzi!

I’m an interior designer and lighting…

I’m an interior designer and lighting designer consultant and Mitzi is one of my absolute favorite brands to specify. Every time I see their lights in person it’s better than what I could hope. The quality is beautiful and the designs are so unique and playful.

Beautiful lighting, wish it included instructions

I absolutely love our new entryway light. It's a work of art! Installing it wasn't a walk in the park, mainly because the wires weren't color coated and I had to do some research to figure out how to know which was the ground wire / live wire, etc. For a better customer experience, perhaps including some instructions with the lights would make it a 5-star review.

Overall Great Fixture

Super easy for my electrician to install. I love this fixture! Looks great along my sloped ceiling.

Unfortunately, I received a damaged glass globe. When I asked for a replacement, I was sent an entirely new fixture. This was generous but now I have an unusable fixture due to a broken globe. A replacement globe would be great so that this fixture does not go to waste!

LaDonna was wonderful

LaDonna was wonderful! I already had some ideas of my own and she helped me hone in on what lights would work best together and fit the look I was going for. Also, she told me when something wouldn’t work size wise. I had another question after our consultation and emailed her. She responded quickly with a helpful response.

Poor Customer Service

Products are beautiful, but customer service is extremely lacking. If your order is perfect, you’ll be in good shape. However if you need help with anything, don’t expect someone to care.

I ordered two of the same fixture. One came with a bulb, and one did not. I was told I needed to buy the bulb for an extra fee for the second fixture, despite having the same exact fixture come in the same order with a bulb.


I was left on “hold” with customer service for hours, and I didn’t receive a response before the close of business hours. I didn’t need an answer then, but a simple “We’re closing, but I’m going to leave the ticket open” would have been helpful. Instead, I had to reach out again and start over.

Item was defective and made very…

Item was defective and made very poorly. I ordered a bunch and there's no quality control. Customer service was worse. Still no refund after returning. Their reply below says it all. I will never buy from again. No indication of any "final sale" at the time of purchase and item is defective. Dishonest company. Don't do business with them!

Lighting is so important in an…

Lighting is so important in an interior, but good design can be so expensive. The bedside lamps I bought from Mitzi are more interesting, unique, and attractive than choices in other brands that cost a lot more.

Bad Service

Our order never arrived. It was listed as sent but also stored in your warehouse. Your abysmal customer service did nothing until we finally disputed the credit card charge a month later. You finally at least issued a refund for the several thousand dollar order.
What a shame. Your fixtures are attractive and high quality.

Poor customer communication

I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

Not worth the hassle

No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

Horrible experience

Horrible website - I tried at least twenty times to place an order and finally it went through. Although it actually went through twice but I only received one order confirmation. I’ve reached out to support to return extra items and have not heard back. Please get back to me.
