The customer service is amazing

The customer service is amazing. I called many times with questions about multiple products and always got quick, friendly answers. I think their disability products are great and I'm now financially protected if I get injured and can't work. It was easy to apply and I'm recommending that my friends and family protect themselves in the same way.

Insurance obtaining process simplicity and efficiency at its finest

The whole insurance obtainment process was super easy and an efficient process that could be completed mostly online. It was also nice to have multiple workers message/call/email you as needed and answer any and all questions along the way which made the process even more seamless. All the workers were nice and receptive to your exact needs. I was able to receive high quality STD insurance through them for an affordable price after I was denied by another company and after my works STD was too expensive. I would highly recommend this company.

Sole proprietor needing short-term disability coverage

Making the shift last year to working as a consultant on my own, one of my concerns was losing short-term disability coverage. Breeze made it very easy to walk through the application process online. I was even able to view pricing if I preferred coverage to start earlier or last longer. I was able to quickly decide on a plan that works for me and in a short time I was notified that I was approved. Now I have comfort of coverage for me and my family.

Quick, easy and helpful!

Having such a quick, easy process to get myself the coverage I needed was SO much less stress than I thought! The Breeze team was fast to help answer any questions I had with my policy, and I loved being able to modify my plan to suit my needs. I've already recommended Breeze to friends in need of personal coverage!

Highly Recommended

Went through the process for nothing

Went through the process for nothing. My quote went from one amount.. to a lesser amount.. to an even lesser amount and then changed to just accident coverage when that wasn’t what I wanted. Not to mention the initial quote was way less than what a reputable company like Aflac would pay. I do not recommended.

I highly recommend using the Breeze to help navigate any of your insurance and disability needs. The Breeze team were quick to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding the right policy to choose based on my current needs. Their texting feature made it easy to have my questions answered promptly and they were responsive and helpful! Their easy to use quote calculator on the website is what sold me to reach out!

Massage Therapist: disability insurance

I'm a self-employed massage therapist. I've been thinking about getting disability insurance for a few years (ever since I broke my toe, and had to hobble through appointments for three months because I couldn't stop working, so I kept re-injuring it).

I FINALLY remembered to get on top of it, and I chose Breeze.

I went with Breeze because of the upfront pricing. I didn't have to wait on a quote. I knew *exactly* what I was choosing. Everything was laid out for me. All the other disability insurance providers wanted me to submit my info and wait to be emailed a quote, or wait for someone to call me and "discuss". No. Just tell me how much it will be! Breeze is completely transparent, and I was able to apply right away.

I haven't submitted a claim, so can't speak to how things will go in that regard, but my policy was approved today and the experience to this point has been A+!

The customer service team is very attentive, and thorough. When my policy was in the approval stage, I was given a notice that it would be approved with changes, due to a medication I'm on. I was also given this information via mail! Transparent, thorough...everything laid out in black and white.

When I didn't sign the paperwork via docusign, the customer service team reached out to make sure I signed it before it expired. It had gone to my spam folder, and I didn't see it. Because the Breeze team is SO on-the-ball, I was able to complete the paperwork in time. They saw I had missed it, and got things on track.

Overall, Breeze is very thorough, and very helpful.

I'm sure processing a claim will go just as smoothly. I feel very taken care of, already.

Very pleased with my Breeze Experience

Breeze helped me figure out the right "level" of disability insurance to get. When looking through the system, I THOUGHT I knew what I needed, but after receiving my policy, I had additional questions. I called and spoke with Shay, who was extremely thorough and helpful answering questions about every aspect of the insurance - which really helped me to determine the right policy for me. After that conversation, I was happy to spend $20 more per month than I originally thought, and now I feel more comfortable with the investment I'm making. Additionally, Maria and Riza also were very communicative when my policy came back from Underwriting. I'm very pleased with my interaction with everyone.

The experience was above and beyond…

The experience was above and beyond amazing! I came across Breeze by accident and went on a wim and decided to apply for coverage, little did I know about y'all and ended up getting cheaper coverage than I thought. Navigating the website was very easy and not complex at all. Thank you for your amazing website and help getting me covered!

Excellent Customer Service

One of the only companies to provide a FMLA Family Care Rider to Short Term Disability

It was really easy to apply for short term disability with Breeze. I chose this company because they have a unique family care rider, which can provide some compensation if you need to take maternity leave or leave to take care of your family, are covered under FMLA but your employer won't provide any compensation. I have not had to file a claim, but I'm hoping that process is just as simple.

Very professional and hospitable..
Each rep would acknowledge me and explain if there was any hold up in the process as my application was being reviewed and confirmed. They moved fast and efficient. Easy Process with Real Humans

This was a very easy process and every time I had to contact Breeze or Assurity via phone or email, I was met with prompt responses and never had a long hold time on the phone. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and it felt like connecting with a real human, not a robot.
