Exemplary Customer Service!!!

I first heard of Luxmery through a stylist on instagram and made the most of their buy 1 get 1 free promo. Unfortunately the bodysuits were too long for my petite frame so I emailed them requesting a refund. I immediately received an email back offering me to try their newly launched petite range. So I decided to give it a go. Within a few hours a new set of petite bodysuits were on their way to me. To save me the hassle of returning my original order they even offered for me to keep them or gift them to a friend/family. I could not fault Luxmery’s customer service and Shoaib’s help made the whole experience so easier. This is an example of what excellent customer service should look like! Well done Luxmery!

Excellent customer service

Ordered two bodysuits. Dispatched quickly but sadly didn’t fit. Reached out and received fantastic customer service from Ikra who has sent me replacements in a better size. Prompt and efficient customer service that puts many other companies to shame.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! i ordered 2 bodysuits that didn’t fit, and after emailing the support email i received a response within a couple of hours offering replacements in the next size. My new bodysuits were sent out the next day - the whole process was professional, friendly and hassle free. Thank you to both Shoaib and Steph they were extremely helpful.

Quick and Kind Response

I was very impressed with how quickly Shoaib and Ikra responded to my request for replacement sizes.They were very kind and respectful and I felt no judgement even though the original mistake on the order was mine.

Great Experience

This was my first time buying shapewear so I didn’t know what to expect. I just had a baby so my boobs are bigger than normal and my body just isn’t what I’m used to, which made sorting out sizing hard. I ordered the Lace Bodysuit in a Medium and found it to be too big. When I reached out to exchange it, Jane was very helpful and kind and they sent me a replacement size complimentary and quickly. Will definitely order again

I received the quickest reply via email for a return. They did not waste my time and provided a return label and then advised when and how much my refund would be. Best service ever these days! Also, very friendly and professional. No bots here.

I placed an order and I accidentally…

I placed an order and I accidentally put in the wrong size.
I sent an email to correct my order and I was surprised for the quick response from Jane, she quickly responded and helped track my order and made the corrections for me. Thank you Jane for your quick response and concern for my order.
I truly appreciate it.

They were very quick to resolve a couple of problems I had. The biggest one being I returned the wrong package with their label and they were so helpful in assisting with my mistake. Would definitely order from them again.

The luxmery bodysuit was a great fit

The luxmery bodysuit was a great fit. I'm 5-0, 118 lbs and the XS was the right size. My only complaint is that the width of the crotch in the body suit was too wide and rubbed against my thighs, so I asked to return. I was offered a replacement for a newer model, so I'm trying that out. The exchange process was simple and easy. Shoaib helped me and was very polite and kind.

Best customer service experience ever!! Prompt response to my email. Was given options to try different product and when I requested a full refund was given so without any issue. I look forward to trying their petite version bodysuit as the ones I purchased were too long. Thank you Ikra!

I have contacted them 3 times

I have contacted them 3 times w/in a week following delivery of an item on 7/8/24. It is currently 7/15/24 and i have received no response from Customer Svc as they tell you will w/in 24-48 hrs. I have attempted to return w/in 30 window of time but it seems unlikely with their response rate.
