While at Rmrrf I had placed an order for delivery but they only had 3 of the motors, I during the show I spoke with one of them and asked bout holding the order back till they had the 4th one. They were able to do so and it shipped out like a day or two later. Fantastic thanks again!!!!

The team at KB3D are quick to ship and because of my close geographic location to them I receive items quickly.

If I have a need for an item related to 3d printing I look to their website first. They do show a lot of items I am looking for as out of stock which is challenging but not a show stopper to keep me coming back for more.

Address printed on the label didn't include the 2nd line as I typed it in. This nearly resulted in the order being returned.

KB reached out to confirm some information and it turns out I had used the wrong email address previously, so my address was adjusted on that profile, not the one that I actually use, so it was ME who had the lack of attention to detail! :P

Fast Delivery No issues

Ordered an LDO pancake stepper. I appreciated that the data sheets were provided. I was trying to find an LDO match for a different stepper, and KB3D had exactly what I needed.

My second order from KB3D.com and both times everything has been exactly on point. Shipped and delivered on time and exactly what was advertised. Won't hesitate to order again from them. They carry some items you can't find on Amazon or many other places and as everything has went well to this point if it's between KB3D and another site the choice is easy for me. I can't speak to how they resolve problems as I haven't had any.

There's no shortage of vendors in the 3D printing space, but you usually have to compromise between shipping speed, price, or product availability. When ordering from KB3D, I know that I'm getting quality products at fair prices shipped very quickly and it's quickly becoming my go-to for hobby purchases

I receive excellent products and services every time I purchase from KB3D, I havent had any issues with the speed it is shipped and any of the products I have received. I had a question and sent an email on one product and had a response I think within the same day or it may of been the next day but I remember it being a pretty quick response.

Good shipping speed. Reasonable site organization, maybe could use a little more in the way of subcategories but that might be my own inexperience talking. Good prices and solid packaging. Can't ask for much more than that.
