Really easy company to use if you want to skip the line. We went straight to their office and when we were ready to leave, they handed us individual printed tickets. Andrea our host accompanied us through all the steps inside and waited until everyone had gone through the last barrier before leaving.
Would 100% recommend if you are happy to visit the Vatican on your own, and skip the line!

We have been booked for Abu Dhabi and Qasar al Watan visit . In morning Guide Ahmed come to pick us in private car Tesla and we have been to Abu Dhabi it was great and awesome exepyAhmed is really humble , polite and a great gentleman. He has great patience he took out photos give us chance to take pictures in heritage village and give us chance to explore and told us all about heritage village history. At sheikh zaid mosque we have spend our best time of trip he guided us about mosque and explain a lot of things we get really royal treatment from him. Qasar al Watan was awesome everyone should visit that palace.

A brilliant morning spent with an excellent guiding team. 10/10. We booked an early morning tour up St Paul's dome which was a fantastic experience. The welcome team were great our guide was amazing, he had great knowledge and provided lots of interesting facts and information throughout our visit. The climb was not at all bad, less than ten minutes of stairs at a very gentle pace and the views from the top are spectacular. Recommend doing an early morning visit as security is quicker and the climb to the top isn't too hot.

Tomasz our guide was amazing - so passionate about the story of the people who lost their lives at Auschwitz and unfiltered. It was a stark and honest tour with many thought provoking moments. We both very much enjoyed the tour being done in this manner. We would recommend to anyone who wants a real look at Auschwitz and Birkenau

After I bought tickets to the Vatican Museum I was a bit worried if I had been scammed, but when we arrived at the museum everything was fine!
The instructions Headout provisies were very clear, so we knew were to go. The museum was annamazing experience. And Headout gave us a good price sinds the original website was sold out. And other vendors asked much more. So thank you.

Bought combo ticket for Seoul N Tower & cable car. Cable tickets came through straight away but tickets for tower entry took 1.5 hours to come through as a result, I had to buy tower tickets again when we arrived there. Contacted Headout who asked for copy of receipt for the tickets I had to re-purchase, I sent the copy & never heard back from them. Very disappointed & wouldn't recommend using them.

Excellent tour ftom Denis(?). Excellent history knowledge and all round excellent day. I also noted how he paid a lot of consideration to less abled tourists that were in our group. Our best tour this holiday. All really easy. Would definitely recomend 👍

We reserved a guided tour for the royal palace in Madrid. But this was a total dissapointment. We never saw our guide and we called support and all they could say was the guide was on her way and "the guide" has left when we called after waiting in the scorching sun for 20 minutes. We never got any help locating our guide. When we asked for a refund, they said "sorry we dont do refunds." Writing them on mail is no better, they wash their hands of all responsibility. So, I have to warn against booking guided tours of this company where you have to pay in advance. Then you can end up paying alot and receiving nothing.

Great tour of the colleseum, palatine Hill and roman forum. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave ample time to enjoy each part of the tour. 3 hours in the heat is long so don't forget a water bottle, there are many fill up spots on the tour. Not much time spent at Roman Forum if that's what your interested in but I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Anna was a wonderful guide, she was very knowledgeable and showed us the highlights of the city. She walked at an agreeable pace for everyone with frequent stops in the shade for the sharing of information. What a great small group experience!

Really bad experience with a third party ticket re-seller. I bought tickets that were 40-50% more expensive without any real value add from Headout. The Audio guide was available for free at all the venues we visited and Headout found it reasonable to charge us for it. Total Ripoff. I paid 71EUR to Headout for 4 tickets that were actually 12EUR each (the 12EUR price actually showing on the actual PDF ticket, also tickets readily available at the museum counter).

Our guide, Karl, did a great job sharing his art history background by regaling us with funny stories about Michelangelo and the creation of the Cistene Chapel. He answered questions and gave us the information for what to expect around each corner. Our visit would have been far less informed without our Skip the Line Tour! Highly recommend!

My family came from Belgium and we needed a French Guide, Sophie was perfect, we discover a loads of place and received great explanation relating to the Harry Potter Film Locations.
Even me living already for nearly 15 years in London I discover some gems I dind't know about!

Worth the price of admission, the Doge's Palace has a rich history and stunning golden ceramics and tapestries.

Only Headout offered this full day Abu Dhabi city tour with Louvre museum. There was no prior review of this tour, but it turned out to be an excellent tour. The tour was organised by 360 Adventures. Our tour guide, Manjinder Singh, filled us with information through out the tour. He was friendly and assisted each one. Even thought through how to provide the mobile tickets to those who are not connected to mobile network. It was a small group tour in a mini-van. Overall an enjoyable experience and I would certainly recommend this tour. Buying from Headout was easy and I already purchased five activities so far from their site.

Starting point was easy to find. Had a great guide, Maria. Knew a lot, humorous talking. Montserrat itself is beautiful laying in an impressive environment. Take the train all the way to the top, the views are spectacular.

Was more than a bit worried that this site wasn't legit after reading so many negative reviews. I'm happy to report that Headout worked perfectly for tickets to Lion King on London's West End on 21 Jul 2024. We even were given access to the Ambassador's Lounge during our visit (that was the Theater and not Headout). Our family had a wonderful time!
