Ease of using

Ease of using.
I realized I made an error in submitting this renewal. I have asked for a refund but being refused and now threatened that this company will keep my fees until the renewal date which is 3 months out. I would recommend this company but now it is clear they are not willing to work with its customers who need the funding for family use for the summer. Disappointed.

GovPlus customer service staff are wonderful!

GovPlus customer service staff if versed in the work they do and are very kind.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and efficiently the process was. It took me a few days to get back to an email they had sent to me. I explained I was delayed because a family member was sick. The Customer Service staff member took to the time to first wish my family well. It is wonderful to see kindness and awareness when comunicating via technology.

Time is the number one thing I loved…

It is so easy to do a precheck appication. Try it and see how much time you can save.

I was told it was so easy to get a precheck. Now that I have done itI can encourage any frequent traveller to apply for one. No long lines waiting for travelling.

I wanted a passport

I wanted a passport, I haven't had one in 50 years, and they had almost all my information still on file. Made getting the new on so much easier!

Easy and amazing experience

Already I was waried about how I renewed my passport, I thought I have go in person , fortunately I could used my smartphone to renew it in some minut. Thank you so much for the company in great way !
