I spoke with Barbara today at 12:30 pm Central Time in the USA. She helped me reschedule a flight, after my Delta flight was cancelled. She was very helpful and very professional. She understood my frustration and responded with great patience.

The gentleman was nice and responsive to my inquiries. This is no reflection on the agent but the wait for the completion of the transaction
took way too long and was inconveniencing. Hope this helps.
