I kept seeing the ads on all social media’s when it came to end of financial year sales I just had to cop me some.

I assumed all casual wear was unisex & brought 8 sets only for them not to fit me because they were means BUT that’s okay because my partner could fit them all so they’ll all be put to use & now I know the quality is amazing I know I will get good quality clothing next time around.

We purchased four items on October 27, 2023. Three of them didn't fit, so we promptly returned them via the nearest Australia Post office. After a month of waiting, we contacted the company to check on the status of our return, as we were hoping to claim store credit (they don't offer refunds, so keep that in mind before purchasing). They informed us that Australia Post hadn't scanned the items.

Despite knowing Australia Post's reputation isn't stellar, we had indeed dropped the parcel off at their office, and it seems the items were lost in transit. Long story short, the company never issued the promised store credit, resulting in a $200 loss for us. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left us highly dissatisfied. We strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Spend your money with businesses that are more accountable.

I've bought two Elite Eleven hoodies over the last few weeks, one in-store and the other online. The in-store staff member was happy and very helpful (went above and beyond actually) and my online order arrived super quickly and in perfect condition.

Quality Products and excellent customer service.

These are my staple tights and shorts. Feel great and look great.
Had issues applying a voucher so contacted customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very prompt, polite and makes the shopping experience stress free.

DIVINE!!! ordered 3 of the Aura Tees from Elite Eleven and oh my god, the quality and thickness is insane! Not to mention how flattering it looks on!! This tee is perfect, simple as that. It also came within 2 days of ordering!! Will 100% be purchasing again!

Went into the Northlands store Easter weekend looking for the Mascot Tee blackout but didn’t have my size in store so the lovely staff let me know that I could do free express shipping in store which was great and received it Tuesday 11/4. Ever happy with the quality of the tee

Elite Eleven has by far been the best place I have ordered with online. They have amazing customer service and look at really ensuring their customer is satisfied with the end result. I was mostly impressed and happy with the customer service from Darcie who helped me to resolve my issue with a pair of pants I ordered with Elite. I am forever thankyou for that.

I just wanted to provide feedback for Elite.
This was my first time buying an item. I purchased a jumper XL, I didn't even bother to looking at the size. I then washed it and that's when I looked at the size, then realised it XXL. I sent them an email of what has happened.
The next day received correspondence and advised me they have an XL. Being it is unisex I advised may I please have a large.
Today I received the large jumper. Never advised me to return the other item.
Exceptional customer service and fast delivery.
Your clothes are really good.

Unfortunately I won’t be buying from Elite Eleven again.
Their sizings are way off, I ordered online and due to their no refund policy I have had to do four different transactions and had to send the items back. Both my husband and I are normally a medium in all clothing yet have had to buy Extra large after trying Meduim, Large and then extra large to get the right size.
As a business model the no refund policy would have cost the company more money on returns and shipping each time which doesn't make sense. They’d be better off offering a refund policy. Especially since the sizes are so off. Not to mention the three separate trips to the post office to make the returns.
This will definitely deter us from buying from Elite Eleven in future.

The customer service is really good and you helped with a small issue i had with the order which was great!

Only downfall is that you dont offer refunds, and takes a little longer then I would like to arrive, but other then that great and love your clothes- thank you!

Purchased my son a tracksuit set and although its nice and thick and cosy material after the first wash I can see that the material will start to pill over time. For the expense we have paid for the outfit I would expect the material to not pill at all after ONE wash. So I am quite disappointed and will not buy from from Elite Eleven again.

What a great company to buy from. I ordered some items for my son. It was quick delivery annd the products were of high quality. We realized after opening our parcel that my son ordered some items in the wrong size. We were super impressed that this company has an online exchange. Most retailers you have to return item with the cost of postage. Wait for a refund then repurchase. So we were really happy to find out that they had this option. Once I returned items free of charge to the postoffice our new exchanged items were delivered to our door in two days. Awesome service. I would highly recommended elite eleven and will definitely be buying from you guys again. Keep up the good work.
