Great Service from Yaroslav

I'm a long-time customer of Crocoblock. Today, I received the best service ever. I had a problem with a query builder. Yaroslav was extremely helpful. From the beginning, he assured me that he was going to help, showed service orientation, and provided the necessary empathy. He solved my problem quickly and provided clear explanations. He is truly a pro!

It's a shame the plugin has a lot of…

It's a shame the plugin has a lot of capabilities, but the first-line support is mainly clueless, and they are defensive in their responses. They dismiss issues as not in scope and often have no idea how the product actually works.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Crocoblock's customer service, and I am delighted to share my positive feedback.

Shoutout to the Support team!

Today I was setting up a new website for a client that sells car occasions, and what a relieve was the help I got from the Crocoblock Team to help me set up my best functioning listing page I've ever built. I've managed to set up special filters my client requested, but which I didn't knew how to build at first. I am so happy I learned new things and am now able to build better listing websites.

One of the Best Customer Support teams

The Crocoblock support team is truly amazing. Every support team member I've worked with has been absolutely fantastic. Yesterday, I was stuck on something that turned out to be a bit more complicated than I had originally anticipated. Olena from the support team patiently worked through my issue and helped me figure out a solution late into the evening. Although the amazing experience yesterday was specifically with Olena, the same can be said about everyone on the support team that I've worked with in the past (Volodymyr, Hanna, Alina, Maryna, Maria, Anastasiia, Ivan, Igor, Vladyslav, Natalie and everyone on the team). You guys rock.

Best Support I Have Seen in Years

I have to say I have been in the WordPress environment since 2004. The support from Nikita and the crew at Crocoblock/JetEngine is second to none! I can't believe how they took the time and had the patience to walk this old codger through what I didn't understand. Priceless in my opinion, Thanks so much guys!!! Peace!!!

Great support

I like the concept and the depth it gives me with Elementor/Wordpress set-ups. I totally agree with the sentiment here that the support is first class. I've had interactions with Bogdan and Anna within the last year and both were creative and helpful in solving my issues. Full recommendation from my little agency HRZBLUT in Germany.

Spoke to Olena today

Spoke to Olena today, Honestly, the support was flawless, overcome my issues in quick time. Also, I have communicated with a few other members of their support team (names forgotten atm, sorry) and the standard is always the same.

Crocoblock Suite is a huge learning curve to some, me included but, without the unique support I would not of considered the lifetime purchase. Total game changer these tools!

When your on a project deadline and have to use support....... Need I say more :)

Really Outstanding Support

Review about the support team

I'm going to give you an opinion on Crocoblock support, because jetengine has so many options, that it can get a bit complex and you might need support one day.

And well, know that the support will be the best user experience you will have.

I paid for the lifetime offer, so I don't pay any subscription and yet, I have a complete, ultra-competent support team at my disposal.

They really made me change my view about the quality of support I must provide to my clients as a website creator.

A big thank you to the support team for these hours you provided me.

The best plugins with the best service.

Crocoblock have the absolute BEST Plugins available today - and yet - this is not their best selling point.
Their support team is the best I EVER saw.
they are always available - sometimes even on Sunday. I've never experienced such great service when communication with a WordPress plugin support team.
all of their plugins provide an excellent solution with endless options of customization and they are open to suggestions and improvements from their community.
To conclude: Don't look anywhere else. you found the best plugins package available!

I am so happy with Crocoblook

I hired a local website developer to develop site for my wife's clinic. I was not happy with the final product. I started searching online and found crocoblock's Medcenter theme. This was exactly what I was looking for. I bought the license and created this site: careclinic.et with no coding knowledge, with very limited knowledge of wordpress and plugins. they have excellent support and their plugin transform a layman like me into a developer. Keep it up.
