Excellent Software - Highly Recommend

We have been using Connecteam for over 4 months now and it is the perfect scheduling software for our small business. All of the features are so helpful and I haven't found anything it's not able to do! Would highly recommend to other businesses.

I have a small team of Patrollers and…

I have a small team of Patrollers and this app has made our ability to schedule and communicate so smooth! This is a second job for most of the staff so Connecteam allows me to give them the flexibility they need to claim or release shifts. I highly recommend.

Love all the things

I love that even on the free version, I have access to all of the perks available to people on the paid version! I only have 5 people on the platform right now! I love that I can keep everything together. I have my schedule, time clock, vacation accrual, sick time, PTO, holiday pay, etc. all in one place. I also have the handbook and onboarding documents. My staff has access to learning modules and we can keep SOPs all in the same place also. I can give recognition to my staff members and get everyone involved. I will never use another scheduling/time clock app unless I am forced to! I tell everyone about it!

Tracking Hybrid Employees

I have been using Connecteam for my staff and interns, and it has been key in ensuring we can track employees' hours even when they're working remotely. The chat is available to keep colleagues updated and connected as well. It's very user friendly, making it easy to add and remove users, update profiles and assign permissions without too much fuss. I love it!

Connecteam is always helpful!

Connecteam has been great! We are a niche company and our staffing varies greatly throughout the year. The representative looked at our account and adjust our plan so that we were not paying for an unnecessary plan during our very low-staffed time and advised how we can upgrade our plan later in the year to fit our needs. They are always very helpful and it is really great to communicate with a live person.

We use it for everything

We use it for everything – from quick chats to scheduling shifts and keeping track of tasks. We can even communicate seamlessly even when I'm out of the country. The real-time chat has made communication so much smoother, and the shift scheduling tool has taken away so much of the headache that used to come with it. And the Zapier integration? That's been a game-changer, automating so many of our repetitive tasks.

GREAT for Small Businesses!

Our business has been using Connecteam for well over a year now and love it! First, it's free because we only have a few employees, and the cost savings are huge for us. Second, the admin dashboard and app are easy to use. We have an effective way to capture time for payroll, communicate amongst the team, share & celebrate achievements [and birthdays], and plenty more we haven't even utilized yet! The app is always available and we've not experience any challenges (as we did with previous apps). I highly recommend Connecteam!

Amazing app and customer support

I've been using Connecteam for almost a year now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its features. I plan to recommend it to companies as their primary app for time clocking. Over the past year, I have had to reach out to customer service through chat a few times. Each time, they have been extremely helpful, providing effective troubleshooting and clear, easy-to-understand instructions. I highly recommend Connecteam.

We love everything about this app

We love everything about this app. It is simple to use and offers so many solutions. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is limitation with the Timesheet function and exporting the reports. It would be great to have a column that allows us to select the type of Paid time off. Sick pay vs Vacation. WA state has a sick pay policy we have to note. Otherwise this is a perfect solution for any team and their communication needs.
