Mr. Joe McLeod uncovered the truth behind our inaccurate property appraisal. He streamlined the tax appeal process for us. After the Pandemic, RMR found we weren't using our office space very often, our employees love "work from home" to so we decided to put it on the market. Since the market for Commercial office space isn't very hot right now, we were fully prepared to "sit on it" for a year maybe more. To our surprise, just a week after Coakley listed our space we had a highly interested buyer!

In the next couple of weeks, we went to a Term Sheet & then onto the Purchase Agreement. The entire process moved so smoothly and we are now the happy sellers of this property & bought an additional property in West Palm Beach, Florida! 1. They helped us prioritize any renovations/remodeling/redecorating for the cost benefit and impact on sale of house.
2. Once ready to put up for sale, they helped clarify furniture/ accessories to be removed and staged each room,
3.Their extensive photos were AMAZING, truly showing the house inside as well as outside as well as the landscape in a dramatically positive view.
4. In the midst of Covid, they helped determine an effective time to begin showing our home.
5. The delay enabled us to realize a 17% increase in selling price.
6. We had a buyer at full price with no contingencies within 4 days.
7. Before having us accept the offer, they reviewed the qualifications of the buyer.
8. We had a successful closing with no delays.
