I completely understand the seemingly "too good to be true" pricing on the figure, the case of these must have met the business end of a forklift during transport or something... The figure itself was still in great condition but the card back was wrinkled like a piece of crispy bacon so we though an opener might enjoy it!

It is true that our business is still young an mostly unknown; we're working on changing that each day and with your help we'll get the word out even faster!

We do track each individual shipment's progress and it is not typical for USPS to send packages in the ** completely wrong direction ** from their distribution center in NC!

So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the Orion Playmat Tube from Quiver Time :( Our return process is FREE and EASY if you'd like to send the item back just say the word and our Wizards will assist you promptly (I have attempted to contact you via email)! When we receive the returned item we will refund 100% of the purchase without hesitation.

As a retail partner of Quiver Time we will submit your product feedback to them for review but we have no influence on their design and manufacturing processes. What we can do is try to describe the item more accurately on our product page and I would love to get your feedback on what we currently have written!
