The app works well, money moves in and out easily and no delays with immeadiate notifications, good rates available on its fixed term products, good info on account with statements and tax certificates, have never had any problems. Happy to recommend Atom.

I opened a Fixed Saver account with Atom a few months ago, as they were offering a good rate of interest at that time. My account, which I manage via their app, was set up quickly and efficiently. I can log in via PIN, face or voice, which is very useful. The app itself is streamlined and intuitive to use. I have had no problems or issues so cannot comment on support.

My wife has been using this platform for just over a year and it's so straightforward to move money around. There is also great communication when policies are maturing and the options to take. Got to be one of the best banks out there. Wish there was a current account as I would move everything here.

I opened a new Fixed Term Savings account when my old one matured. Easy to do and I was kept informed at all stages. Really good competitive 6 month rate too.

The app was incredibly easy to use. The rates are really good. When I moved country and got a new phone, the app stopped working (as mentioned in the terms and conditions) but the customer service were extremely helpful and were able to transfer all my funds for me with maybe 15 seconds of on hold time.

The process of using the atom online accounts are straight forward and easy to use. Would recommend using atom bank and the communication to advise it's customers of the best deals and when to renew or update their accounts is excellent.

I have found the Atom app incredibly easy to use to set up a new savings account. When that fixed term was coming to an end, after chatting with a very helpful advisor through the app, it was so simple to open a new fixed saver and transfer the money over. Their rates are good too. I would thoroughly recommend Atom.

Atom has many helpful features. It has a very clear interface for a start. With a fixed saver account Atom projections are accurate to the penny and the day, and interest is always paid on time. With Atom one can be totally confident that what they offer is what you get - without any hassle. A five star rating is well deserved.

So easy to transfer my existing atom bank a ccount which had ex pired to a different account again with Atom . All relevant interest rates were easily accessible and all tool a matter of minutes .

Everything was straight forward in setting up the account
Interest was very good at time of opening my fixed term account
At the end of the term it was straight forward to reinvest or move to another account I haven't done anything as yet as I'm possibly investing in a property if this don't happen I will reinvest with them again

Atom Bank provides an easy to use app with very competitive interest rates on both instant access and fixed saving rates over a range of periods.
I use it for both the instant access ( for balances to transfer to my current account) and savings till I can take out an isa in 2025.

No issue with the bank as such (though,in my experience no better orworse than many others) but on closing my Fixed Saver which matured this week I had a query and had an email exchange with 6 different people in Customer Relations…no continuity and repeating myself numerous times. When I was in Customer Rels. for a while we at least had a policy that one person saw a queryright through to avoid long .discussions’ like this. I asked for the CEO name/em address to no avail. In summary, OK company unless you have any personal queries.

Opened fixed one year saving last year with excellent interest rate. Atom informed me a couple of weeks ago that it was due for renewal. Sadly Atom do not have Isa’s. Unfortunately I have had to put it into another account. The app was really easy to use and I have just woke up to see that my money has been transferred into my requested account. If Atom was to have an Isa I would never hesitate to use them. Many thanks Bob.
