I’m currently under Doctors Care at this time checking to make sure I don’t have to have knee Surgery haven’t been Released from Doctors Care to return back to Work I were told after 9 Months I was let Go of my Job I don’t have Any Income coming In My Kob have let me Go they have Terminated me after certain Months without letting me know I really want to Sue or File for Unemployment immediately because the Job didn’t give my Doctors a chance to prove I’m still Disabled to return to Work because of my Condition I was Fired from my Job What? Worthless, I filed a claim with them and 10 months later got a denial from SSDI.

They said that they no longer find me as a viable candidate because I am a poly substance abuser by drinking alcohol (legal) and using cannabis from a state licensed cannabis dispensary (also legal).

Forget the fact that I'm a combat vet with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, anger management issues, none of that matters because apparently I have a substance abuse issue so they told me to basically "screw" off.

My agent Jennifer Marsh was wonderful, I had some really hard things happen to me and my right leg is paralyzed. She showed extreme compassion and kindness and she had no problem advocating for me to social security. She made this a easy and smooth process for me. She is amazing!!

The Allsup team has been helpful right from the start, answering questions promptly in helping me navigate my SSDI claim. My case was assigned to Daniel, who has walked me through the process in the progressive stages and has always been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had, and if he didn’t know the answer, he’d get back to me as soon as he could. I don't think I’d be this close to the finish line if it weren’t for their (and his) help. 5 stars.

Jennifer took her time with me and answered all the questions I had. She also went the extra mile to ask how I was doing with my medical condition and that she will keep me on her prayers. Alsupp did a wonderful job on my SS Disabilty on my behalf.My first application starts January 2023 it was denied by SS then on July 2023 Allsup made an appeal for the first time and it was approved March 2024.Thanks Allsup for the job well done.

Gave them all my information answered all questions asked (as best I could currently) by their person that called me. Could not half understand her due to her accent (sounded like English was not her native tongue). Was turned down for representation but referred to some national advocate association. I should have been on disability 15-20 years ago but can't seem to find an attorney who will actually fight FOR me and sue SSA bc I don't have all my records at my fingertips and due to TBI my memory is not razor sharp. My experience with this firm makes me understand all to well why folks like me end up losing their fight with life & survival, and end up taking the way out that hurts those who love them. Found them by googling "best lawyers to sue social security in SC". So in my honest opinion, unless you want to just bare your physical, mental and emotional pain only to be turned away, do not bother reaching out to them. You will just be passed along to someone else or just turned away.

The moment I found myself looking at disability, I contacted Allsup. They are amazingly awesome and thanks to Brandon Kortgard, I was able to get my SSDI claim a partially favorable judgment after 2 denials! They are amazing and a Godsend over the last 3 years! Brandon was professional, calm and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and provided useful insight on how the hearing would occur. I recommend Allsup to everyone who needs assistance with disability claims!

Every Rep was wonderful!

Had a great experience with Allsup. Everything went smooth from the beginning. I didn't have to do much except provide the information, they took care of the rest, very thorough in gathering records etc. Always pleasantly answered or called me back when I had a question. My representative Brandon Kortgard was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He explained everything before my hearing, went over my issues, and took the time to listen and give me feedback, a true professional who worked hard to get me my approval for SSDI. Allsup supported me every step of the way for the SSDI process. Kimberly Clark patiently answered my questions and kept me updated during this time. If she was unavailable for any reason another Allsup team member was able to step up and answer my questions. I can't stress enough how helpful Allsup was and so thankful received a decision in my favor on first try
