The client advisors that are operating online are very helpful and you can reach out to them any time you need them,

After putting the order, Enxhi contacted me to give me all the information about the dress and sizes, to ensure that I chose the right size. The dress looks like in the photo, fits well on my body and the color is beautiful.

I ordered a dress from the store and was immediately contacted by one of the sales associates over WhatsApp. I advised I needed the dress before a specific date, which the sales associate confirmed was possible to be shipped. After the payment was complete, the sales associate stopped replying, would leave me on read and there was no transit information. I would call and message the store several times, many hours later to be informed the item is not ready for delivery and will be shipped the following day. Days went on with the same issue. The night of my event after spamming the WhatsApp chat and receiving no information, I asked for a refund which the sales associates were hesitant on yet still promising to ship the dress tomorrow. After receiving my refund many days later, I would say don’t waste your time. I was very excited to purchase from this store but am greatly disappointed. Not worth your time and can be very stressful

The website and the sales representatives are very helpful in the ordering process! They make sure you’re satisfied with your dresses and it is handmade so I sent them my measurements and they are super thorough and can adjust to your needs as desired (: I would highly recommend them for all your dresses and special occasions. I ordered my dresses for my birthday month and would order again in a heart beat. My sale representative is Mersije and I would order with her again in the near future! 10/10 for customer service. If you’re unsure don’t be, I think from the looks of it the dresses are pretty high quality and I cannot wait to receive mine.

I needed a dress that stood out for my graduation party and Albina Dyla did not disappoint! They communicated with me throughout the process and my dress arrived in less than two weeks!

When I received the dress, I had a problem with the zipper because the fabric used for the dress was a bit thick. I reached out to customer service about my concern and they offered to cover any alteration expenses! I received tons of conpliments on my special night!! I will definitely order again!
