Robin got on the phone with me to help me create an offer in a hot market that would be appealing to the seller. As we talked through it and tweaked some of the numbers, he guided me to increase my offer $20k, to just $5k below the list price. Assessing the market, interest rates, and work that needed to be done gave me a more attractive offer.

Not sure if this company is still working. I tried to schedule 3 appointments with them, 2 with their spanish (Ines Berge) and 1 with their french team (Jilani Boufersen) , and neither of them showed up to the meetings or replied to my emails.

Not sure if this company can be trusted with your investment. 3 property i invested went to default and noone knows when i can get my investment back. the money was invested for6-9 months and it has been 2 years! very unhappy

We had an amazing time while visiting San Miguel. Our Airbnb was central spacious and beautiful. It was surrounded by so many amazing coffee shops as well as local vendors we will definitely be back.
