How To Access Elden Ring's Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC On Xbox

The time has finally arrived for Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC on Xbox! This incredible new expansion is officially available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, but some players are struggling to access it.

Here's exactly how to start the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC on Xbox:

1. On the Elden Ring main menu, hit the "Microsoft Store" button
2. This should take you to the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC page
3. Hit the install button on the DLC
4. Wait for the 18GB download to complete
5. You should now be able to access Shadow of the Erdtree!

Once the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC is installed, you should see it mentioned in the bottom-right corner of the main menu. If you don't, try quitting Elden Ring entirely by pressing the Xbox guide button on your controller, hovering over the Elden Ring game tile, pressing the "Menu" button on your controller, and then scrolling down to "Quit". Then, restart it.

You can access the Elden Ring DLC this way, but keep in mind that you'll need to have progressed enough in the game to actually activate it as well. Specifically, you'll need to have beaten the Mohg and Radahn bosses before you begin.
